After So many emails, calls and efforts from my side, I've received only an email saying that they cannot help me and they have closed the complaint without even getting in touch, There is no communication or not even a single call before this complaint is closed by them. They Didn't even ask me what the issue was and why I wanted to return. Moreover, They are showing me a 10 days return policy card, However I've been chasing them since the next day when the product was delivered to me which took 10 days to respond.
Sir, If the customer has raised a complaint, No matter what, How can a company automatically close it without even contacting the customer and listening to what they want to say ?
Coming to the product that I want to return, Sir, On the relianceDigital website you have mentioned "easy returns", Even on the product page such tnc for this particular product that it is not returnable is not mentioned. Then how do you expect a customer to automatically know what your tnc are, and how will you behave after sales ? Sir, If you have the slightest regard for customer service, I request you to look into this personally and see if you are able to justify the treatment that I've got from reliance.
