I ordered microsoft purchase from phoenix marketcity bangalore. Sales person delivered me faulty product (Battery dies in 2 hrs max) and also did not deliver all accessories. He has taken full amount though.
He is neither picking call nor responding back. I have tried calling from different numbers as well.
