[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Samsung J2 | |||
I have purchased SamsungJ2 from the Reliance Digital Store at Avani Mall Howrah. They cashier swiped my card twice and billed me twice for the same transaction. After receiving the sms when I realised that my account have been debited twice, the cashier told me that the former transaction was not valid and the amount will be refunded within 48hrs. I also spoke to my Credit card company, which said that the transaction was duly approved there was no such error and also asked the cashier to make it void by entering the transaction ID and amount to which the cashier reluctantly said that the transaction cannot be voided as it was not successful in the first place. Its been 10 days since the purchase and my credit card is still showing 2 debit transactions even after contacting the store multiple times. Was this information helpful? | |||
