Reliance Digital — Sansui AC ordered on 18.3.2022 not yet delivered

I have placed an order on reliance digital online on 18.3.2022 as of today I have not received the product. Everyday i am calling them and they don't have any other words except apologies sorry escalation etc. Very worst service i have ever seen in my life.

To my surprise yesterday I got sms stating that my ac delivered but i have not received anything. Raised complaint informed call centre recorded all calls.

Overall very worst experience as of now. Pls don't buy online as their staff itself not answerable if we visit them simply informing we don't know anything.
