Sir, we buy laptop in your showroom in tamilnadu vellore district for RS:59000.They said that laptop is brand new laptop, after opening that laptop some (iritatable sound) i heared I ask to the manager he said That is normal only & that sound can hear in all laptops they diverted my mind i think that is normal only after 3 days go back to the reliance digital showroom i said to the manager that sound is too noisy he said again that is normal only and he diverted my mind again i take the laptop and i came to home. when i am open and using the laptop sound came again and again and again and that's irritate my mind and went to the showroom 8th day i said there is problem in laptop please exchange my laptop, The MANAGER said, YES there is problem in your laptop. i shocked!! he said: your exchnage date is finished go back to your home, i asked him: Sir you only said that laptop sound is normal then why now telling there is problem??. The manager become very angry and he used unhearable volguer words and also he used many bad words i asked them why are you doing like this?? please please exchange my laptop.he pushed me out. They said we can't do anything.NOW I am complaining you PLEASE Take an action. I think that the ir-respectable company is reliance digital showroom.
