I have a complaint against a digital express store nearby our locality. They are carrying out the activities as per their choice. A week before we visited the store to get jio sim but inspite of having the sim they postponed it to the next day.
This is the case since last 2-3 months since jio is available at digital express.

I purchased an Air condition from Reliance Digital on 31st May, 2016. They offered us 10% cash back with HDFC credit card payment.
We paid with HDFC credit card. They made the transaction at their end and assured us to
credit the cash back within 90 days.

Even after 6 months when we did not received cash back I raised a ticket to them with complaint number[protected].

But the manager at this branch was not ready to exchange the item telling that, we will not give exchange for physical damage..

I had purchased LYF water 7 mobile from reliance digital mini, ab shetty circle, mangalore Karnataka on 4th December, that phone was not a box piece. after using it for two days i found that its speaker is not working, touch is not responsive, and heating issue, i returned the mobile on 8th December. they had given verbal communication that they will provide exchange offer. but till now they dint contact me. this is the worst customer relationship...

I bought a reconnect steam iron from reliance digital, jakhan, dehradun, on 13 dec 2015, it has been repaired 3 times within warranty year. I complained for this again on 9 dec 2016 at reliance resq, ballupur, dehradun.
