This product curectlly workes 4 months only. after 5th montha reparing this producted . I complant reliance digital store but no responce employes. so many times complaints but no responce. i am suffering and iretterd . plz soule this problem. in case not respoined i complainted in media ...plz solue this problem immiditily sir.

    This is in reference to Service request #[protected] that I am having to write this compliant to you, regarding terrible service provided by Reliance Big Tv service engg, Sanjay & amount of 400/- charged forcibly by him, when no service charge is supposed to be charged.

    It is almost now 6 years now that I have been Reliance Big Tv customer, re-charging both my connections annually, with the hope that proper service would be provided from their end.

    The service engg, Sanjay (Yemlur, Bengaluru) turned up after much request to wait for me for 10-15mins, as I was outside & after much trials could detect the issue, changed the connector & charged 400/- bucks. After confirming with the customer care that no amount is to be charged, I called him back but he was not willing to return the amount and after some time, I received the below ridiculous message.

    "Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer, your Service Request No[protected] is closed. You are charged Rs.0.0 .Trust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you."

    Further, it is Herculaneum task to reach the Reliance Big tv customer care team & after 3 trials after call gets disconnected every time, it says that have crossed number of trials for the day, which is utter frustrating.

    Kindly help get the amount of Rs.400/- credited back to my Reliance big TV account, following which I would go for my next annual subscription, which is due on Feb 8th.

    Pl action the requested on priority.

    The complaint has been resolved after getting in touch with the Nodal Officer directly & the amount has been reversed to my Reliance account. Would appreciate if my cell # can be removed from the complaint registered initially to avoid further fraud calls on the same. Thanks.

    This has become really scary that even this site is not free from hackers & that they use the complaints to their use, if your telephone number is provided in the complaint registered. It has been a g8 learning lesson for me, not to provide your communication number while raising any complaint.

    I got duped by calls from +[protected], claiming he is Ajay Saxena from Reliance support team & from +[protected], asking for debit card details, along CVV #, stating that immediate online transfer of the amount wrongfully charged would be done to my account. Thankfully, I did not share my CVV # but things went completely out of imagination, when I went to ICICI ATM, as was asked by the person, stating that he would guide me how to get the amount refunded and he asked me to transfer 39876 (stating that it is a code) to some unknown bank account #[protected], stating that after that I would get the refund option on the screen. That was when I got apprehensive & realized that it was a big racket and got saved by the neck, after giving it back properly to the caller.

    I am posting this, so that necessary action can be taken against those callers, if the same can be traced from the bank account # provided. Also, so that others may know how to be more careful & secure while posting complaints online.

    Hi team, immediately after posting my complaint, I received call from +91 89745 71288, assuring me that my complaint has been taken into consideration & that necessary action would be taken against the Service engg. Further, I was being asked to provide my Debit card details for immediate transfer of the amount of Inr 400/-charged by the Serv Engg but I got bit apprehensive for sharing my debit card details, when the person asked my CVV #, after taking down my card # & expiry details, which I didn't share.
    Thereafter, he gave me Voucher code # RFCIC3987600AZ & asked me to an ICICI ATM & give him a call from there, as he would guide then how to use the code for immediate transfer of the mentioned amount.
    I am now speculative, whether the call was genuine or not. Please help verify the caller & let me know, if I should go to ICICI ATM as advised by the caller.

    I purchased SAMSUNG TV from RELIANCE DIGITAL, MAHAGUN METRO MALL, VAISHALI, GHAZIABAD, UP but salesman assured that there was cashback on payment through CREDIT CARD.

    I purchased on 11th October but till date no cashback received in my SBI or CITIBANK credit card.

    Please resolve.

      My name is NITIN MISHRA and I purchased a LG smart 3D TV on 29/10/2016 in your Mahagun mall Reliance store.Your sales manager commit us before purchasing that store offers me to four 3D glass with the t.v but they guys send me only 3 3D glass and one of the glass was defective.Now the time has turn but after 3 months No one solve or resolve my issue.Rajnish was the salesman & Harish is store manager, I call on phone and raise the issue so many times with Harish but I think after sales both guys never responded. So please solve my issue because after that I have no option & my last option will go to forum.

        Myself Sunil kumar yadav
        I had purchased Whirlpool washing machine from Reliance digital db mall, bhopal and machine still in extended warranty period. On 27 july 2016 our machine was strucked suddenly and the washing process was stopped. Immediately I lodged complaint to Reliance digital.Then I spoke with Mr. Sunil, Area incharge, Reliance mobile:[protected] and explained him clearly about my problems. Whenever I called him he said that he will send the technicians next day.Many times his mobile was switched off. I also spoke to Manager of Reliance digital, bhopal branch.But no proper reply from them Many a times, engineers used to come but in vain..with wrong machine part. Nearly 6 months has gone but our complaint has not been attended. And finally, since a month, they have taken washing machine to their service center and on contacting them, they are not even picking up the call. Our machine is with them and since a month, we have not got any response from them.

        I would like to say that Reliance digital service in bhopal District is very very poor. Its required more training to the responsible person on how to communicate with customer and take responsiblity for actions and filed complaints. I am very much disappointed with service.

          As part of relocation process I have raised a request to uninstall my connection on 30-JAN-2017 which was done on 31-JAN-2017. On 31-JAN-2017 I have called up customer care to update my new address and raise new request for instalation. The executive was updated my new address but didn't raise a request for installation. I relaized this on 2-FEB-2017 and and asked to raise a request. There is a request #[protected] to install my connection back. As part of following up with customer care I am getting below answers.
          1)They said techinction called me but I was not rechable( I was available and in case if I miss any called I get an SMS with number details. Technician didn't called me at all.
          2)I said same to escaltion manager than he replied that there was some issue with local cable operators and they asked me to pickup a technician when he call me.
          3)Till now technician didn't call me, but customer care executive told me that I already spoke to technician.

          I really don't understand why your team is giving all false information and why they are delaying my connection.
          Customer care put my call on hold for 30 min then it got disconnected.
          Could you please help me to get my connection get installed at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any information from my end.

            It has been 10 hrs since I purchased Reliance Jiofi device from Nagpur, shankar nagar. The device is still not activated. I am getting anxious. Looking at the complains for jiofi activation piling up at websites, it seems reliance jio if not activated within 4-5 hrs takes days to activate. It is requested to Reliance digital and Reliance Jio to take up my matter and resolve the issue quickly.

                I bought this 65 in TV 4 k from Reliance digital, Phoenix Market city, Pune on 14/1/2017. just 15 days back.
                From yesterday, I have observed that there is a vertical line appearing on the TV when I switch it on . It remains all the time when TV is on .
                There is also a horizontal line, but the vertical line is predominant .

                    Please find the grievance notification reference #[protected] against my concerned highlighted below. Hope the concern is taking on highest priority to resolve on priority.

                    Yesterday we got several calls from the person who came to install my Reconnect 55 inches TV and Samsung BAR as being appointed to attend the call where as I have categorically asked to to send the same technician who did the mistake or who is fully responsible of my points concerns stated below.

                    1. Need a competent technicians with a support staff to handle such a big and heavy TV.
                    2. Need a competent technicians who know in & out of the connections so that TV can be viewed with TV sound itself without depending of Music system / BAR. OR
                    3. Music BAR can connected to get a better sound while watching fevourate movies on TV.
                    4. Need a replacement with a fresh TV as the scratches visible on the left side of the TV which surely damaged LED monitor however I know there is warranty against the TV purchased but why should I take a damaged/scretched items whose life span gone down. Heart / brain of the LED is the monitor part which was pressed hard and scratched.
                    5. Jumbles of cable back side which is visible clearly/ joint of TV & BAR power to be separated as this make a nasty feeling my well interriored Drawing Room.

                    Please take necessary action to replace the TV and make the connection proper with BAR.

                    Give me Escalation matrix of service support of Reliance Digital to being into to top officials notice so that henceforth none other customer’s having such harassments & nuiscence investing huge time and money.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am writing this mail with fullest dissatisfaction and required your immediate intervention in this issue..

                      This month 8th we went to buy a LAPTOP for my daughter who is doing her B.Arch 3rd year (who badly need it very URGENTLY for the Project). we have selected RELIANCE DIGITAL Kilkattalai branch (Chennai) which is nearer to me.

                      when we went to them we have seen many laptops and based on the recommendation of the staff JACOB we have finalized DELL laptop 5559 i7 16GB 2TB 4GB W10 for the amount of 76K. we have taken a loan thru BAJAJ and settled everything. then the reliance team informed us that they will deliver the laptop by next day after installing necessary software's.

                      But when we went to get the laptop on 9th Jan 17 to the store on that time only they told that the said laptop is having screen display issue and then asked us two more days times to get the new one. so with the complete dissatisfaction we came home. And my daughter was fully nervous due to her project...

                      After that 12th of January again we visited and asked for the new laptop and then they have shown another piece of DELL laptop with same configuration and we said ok and immediately they have delivered that laptop. BUT THEY DIDNT GIVE US INVOICE AND RECEIPT...So we faced difficult in security to take the laptop out from their showroom and the sales team came and informed the security and then only they have re leaved us .

                      past one week we are keep on asking for the receipt and they didnt give it.

                      in the mean time from 25th January onward the given laptop also started giving following troubles:
                      1. Keyboard lights are not glowing
                      2. Unable to shutdown the system (even if we switch off immediately it restarts again)
                      3. Often it goes to FLIGHT MODE. (automatically after switch on the laptop)

                      in this situation tell me what is our mistake?
                      selected RELIANCE DIGITAL or selected DELL??????

                      1. How come DELL product creates issue in the stores itself...
                      2. How come DELL product getting repaired in a week itself.
                      3. what is your quality checking level? ( are you really doing it i doubt)
                      4. Are you selling defective pieces to the stores... ( my below lines will confirm it )
                      5. And finally how come the RELIANCE DIGITAL such a big stores sells your product without receipt and invoice and not even a gate pass???

                      so totally i am upset and lost confidence on DELL product and RELIANCE STORE...

                      this is not my first experience and in 2014 when we bought the same DELL system from the factory itself. in that also i am doubly sure that the piece given to me is a used one and in that when ever if i open the system immediately a name EASWARAN is displayed.. i hope that laptop was returned by a customer Easwaran,
                      see i don't have any intention to destroy DELL & RELIANCE company name and at the same time i don't want to become a fool and to lose my hard earned money due to lethargic sales attitude and the systems...

                        Myself Abhishek Kumar Roy.I have purchased Kent water purifier from Reliance Digital, Phoenix market city mall, Bangalore 3 year back.I am regret to say that services of reliance Resq is so pathetic and moreover cheating customers.My register mobile No is [protected].During Nov 2016 Resq customer executive visited my place and change only two filters and told me that Carbon filter he will change later due to unavailability of the filter, He told me that in Jan month get it replaced.I agreed at that time. Now as i was out of town so it got slipped from my mind and even executive also not contacted me.I register a complaint on 26th Jan 2017 and contract expired on 25th Jan 2017.So missed by a day and even its not my mistake Reliance have responsibilty to change filter and now service incharge is refused to change filter free of cost.which is unethical.

                                I had purchased a hp ultrabook on 26 dec 2016 and i found that to be a damaged product within 13 days of purchase. After many hard efforts these reliance people agreed for a replacement. Unfortunately they didn't have the same product and so i had no other option but to choose another one. I went with hp laptop of 56k and i payed the required money on 17 jan 2017. They promised to handover the new product within 5days. And as expected they didn't turn up! It's been 6 days and these reliance people are not even bothered to talk even when i've called 15times. The manager who is responsible for the cause is least bothered. I'm extremely disappointed by this kind of poor service. I never expected this kind of response from sych big names! Never in my entire life will i go to reliance digital again!

                                    I bought Reconnect TV on 14th Jan and having below issues:
                                    1) Billing issue: they swiped my card twice worth of 29, 600/- till now it is not been resolved and no response from Ramamurthy nagar Branch-Karthik.
                                    2) Delivery delay: they the delivered the product on 17th Jan(morethan 3days)
                                    3) Installation issue: No one has come for installation, keep on doing followup

                                        I would like to share that I bought Jacket of Oner brand from Reliance Trends Sec 10 Dwarka but after one time use I found that there is bobbling in my jacket. This jacket cost me 3000 RS and I did not believe that with this cost I still facing this type of issue. As I bought this jacket from Reliance trends so currently I do not have my bill receipt as after using jacket I dispose that bill but after one time use when I realize that I should return this so due to missing of bill receipt I was unable to return the same. Please take any action on this as I can not accept this type of jacket with this much cost.
