    Sir, we buy laptop in your showroom in tamilnadu vellore district for RS:59000.They said that laptop is brand new laptop, after opening that laptop some (iritatable sound) i heared I ask to the manager he said That is normal only & that sound can hear in all laptops they diverted my mind i think that is normal only after 3 days go back to the reliance digital showroom i said to the manager that sound is too noisy he said again that is normal...

    I had purchased an IFB(7kgs) machine from Reliance digital(GIP, Noida) on 5th feb 2017.Regd mob no: [protected]
    On the very day, they called me up and said that the same is out of stock and they will deliver it to me in a couple of days.Despite of continuous follow ups, they did not sent me the machine for a week. Finally i had to ask the customer care person(Raghuveer/Raghuvendra) to cancel the order and process the refund ASAP.I had to buy the machine from Vijay sales then.
    On 18th feb, I visited the store because i had not received the refund till then.They said that since the guy(Raghuveer/Raghuvendra) was a NEW joinee.. he did not process the refund properly.My refund was initiated on 19th feb 2017..ID: 4586312.
    This is so ridiculous on Reliance's part. Wasting customer's time and money.
    I want the complaint department to provide me the refund ASAP and a strict acton against such Employees.

    i purchased zook zb-be1 earphones from reliance digital at ramanthapur branch, Hyderabad... but it is not working after opened box the earphones charging down faster and backup coming only 1 hour... and also frequency range is too bad just 1 meter range... i want refund...

      I had purchased samsung LED Smart TV from your Bokaro Steel City Stall on January end..after that nobody came from reliance digital nor samsung to install tv nor free tutorial...today one of your caller from bokaro steel city office named Rahul no:[protected] had called for any problem in my tv...I had told you about the installation and tutorial problem ...but he given me a number for complient. I said is one month I had installed tv and not need to compliant if possible u do complient on my favour...and if the service like that we will avoid reliance digital in future.then your employer start arguing in very bad manner. Believe I am not first timer to purchasing electronic good but this time my waste experience with you. Thank you.

        Send any executive for installation of it, i am continuingly follow the associate but they are not send any of the executive for installation of microwave. I called them so they switched off their phone, , this type of irresponsible behaviour is really unaccptable, so kindly look forward on it.

          Rude behaviour of Store Manager
          The store manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I want to understand that if you are working for retail are you allowed to behave such in front of your clients.
          2. As I lost my Jio sim, and after contact with customer care, they have block my sim, and give me a reference no.& Informed me to contact at nearest Rel.jio centre.( At station road.Midnapore.Dist- Paschim medinipur.W.B.pin-721101.
          3. When I go to that Jio store and submit my e-aadjar print out card and one pp size col. photograph to replace Jio Sim, store manager just told me that e- AADHAR- will not be acceptable . And demand Xerox of AADHAR- card which I possed. Then I go to one Xerox shop and print out true copy of my AADHAR- and going to submit the xerox .This time that store manager surprisingly told me that the photo on Xerox wad not cleared hence no sim will be allowed / application not received.They insist me to submit one color xerox of my AADHAR- card and show me one nearby shop for color xerox. My question is that, a) in ur company whether E- AADHAR- is acceptable or not.b) Is it must to submit color xerox of original AADHAR- card.c) So why ur company issued me one Jio Sim previously by submitting the same Xerox copy and pp size photograph previous allowed to issue sim? This is case of pure harassment and I'll behaved simply by wasting my time & was trying to make me fool in terms of negotiation.. is this the treatment to be extended to your customers and this is how you want to service them.

          I am now taking this case to consumer court and filing a complaint against the store manager and Reliqnce digital store for tarnishing my image in front of the other customers and the most pathetic customer service experience.

          I think you should ask that store manager to leave the job and he should be given a lesson that he should remember lifetime.

              Hello,

              I have purchased the product probuds ear phones on 12/02/2017 and found it is not according to standards. I went to store 3 times to return it back and Every time the person named Md. Irfan who Takes care of CRM or Risk department is not available at the store. He will be outside store premises and never come to store. I need the refund or i want purchase the new product instead of it. They now say call customer care for service and that is not thier responsibility. I cant walk everday to store for 1000 Rupee Product. Its not a default product but its not according to standards. I need a refund or replace with other product. The store people doesnot respond properly. I am not happy with the product speak to company as you are dealer of that product. we dont have time speak and talk to them. Its been only 10 days. I walked several times to store person is not available. Thats not my mistake.

                It was commited by store that they will deliver movable wallmount with tv with in 1 week
                But after 3 month till date they have not provided me the same.

                I have called and visited your stores so many times but they have not solved my problem.

                      Hi,

                      I had purchased a daikin air conditioner from reliance digital. They convinced me into even taking an extended warranty of extended two years. I have called the service team more than 6 times to complain about water leakage from my internal unit. The very so called experienced provide excellent service which lasts for a month. The next month i have the same problem. My walls are stained with water dribbles, my two mattresses are worn out, our sleepless nights continue... My biggest regret... Getting a product from reliance digital. The worst after sales-service provider. Sometimes local road-side brands and services are better than these so-called reputed ones.

                      I go to reliance digital in varachha branch in surat city and i will show a recconnect company's blutooth speaker . I was ready to pay all of charges for purchase this product but office staff not ready to given me proper respone and all member are give me a fake price so i dissatisfied with this service.

                        Hi,
                        I have purchaseaquagurd water purifier in bhayander west 401101 1 year servicing. We have been chasing customer car number then, we had to raise a complaint again to customer care on and they inforemd that technician will come in 24hrs and again, and 3 days go then finally technician come in my home bt product will be not working condition because there moter not be work then next day resq technician and brand engineer come bt not solve problem there are say your product will be replaced for 1 days then okay no problem for more than a week. Then all ways i m calling customer care bt not respond again followed up with customer care and spoke to reliance customer care senior mr. Rakesh they informed that the techncian will come in 13\2\2017 but no one ever came. Again 14/2/2017 morning, i called, and i checked the technician name and number but they did not have any details, probably it was never routed it to any technician. This is the very time that i am facing the problem from evrytime, i had to escalate it to management to get my request fulfilled. Whenever, i tried to speak to the customer care supervisor, the person was not avaiable. The management is also not taking any action. I am not going to buy any product in reliance digital expression very very poor service.

                          I had purchased a Pioneer music system bearing model number HTP323 on 5/1/2014. At the time of buying i was advised to take ResQ plan with additional 3 Year(1 year product warranty and 3year ResQ care plan from 05/1/2015 to 5/1/2018) and accordingly I was charged additional amount. The product malfunctioned last week and I called up the store, the store staff so rude that he asked me to visit the store and informed that they can’t sent anyone. Today i visited the store with ResQ kit and informed the customer service about the malfunction of product purchased at their store. The customer service guy at the counter dint even heed at my request and started talking harshly and warned me that warranty has expired and I need to go to Pioneer service center. I requested him to check warranty period mentioned on ResQ kit mentioning that warranty has not expired and it is valid till 05/01/2018. He started arguing it is not his problem and i need to get the product repaired at my own cost and expenditure.
                          If this is the kind of people Reliance Digital has in its Store, and I wonder why such products are sold and unethical people are at your store.
                          Today I am shocked and it is really disgraceful to say that what kind of after sales service is provided by such Big Corporate of yours. I wouldn't even recommend any product of Reliance to any of friends and to the General Public.

                            We brought brand new mobile OPPO Neo 7-A33F on 28.01.2017 relationship id no.[protected].
                            The mobile device is not at all working in the next day itself. We inform Reliance digital express, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066, but shop manager refuse to replace the new mobile and they are delayed . unnecessarily they are told us to dragged 7 to 10 days. now they are not replacing the product. As per the Reliance digital retail return policy, if the product is not working within 7days of purchase we will take the product and given the new product. Also shop manager misbehaving with us . Could you please take some necessary action for replacing the mobile. it is hard earned money please!!!

                              Non Acceptance of Legal Cash for items

                              Yesterday, 8 Feb 2017 at about 1530 hours I went to the Reliance Digital Store in Thiruvanmiyur (Chennai, Tamil Nadu) to purchase a "HP Black Ink Cartridge # 678" for the HP 3450 Series e-all-in one printer/copier that I had previously also purchased from the same store.

                              Although they had the item and I was ready to pay cash (with a new Rs 2, 000 note) the sales people said they had no change and instead asked me to use a debit...

                              We are the user of reliance big tv from 2006. Our big tv card no is[protected]. On 28.01.2017, we changed our residence. Subsequently reliance care centre was contacted to install the big tv disc at new residence. As usually, it was assured that your installation will be done with in 48 hours. Any how, we remained on wait upto 30.01.2017. On 30.01.2017, again two to three times reliance care centre was contacted. This time they also assured us that please wait, soon a technician will visit your home. From 30.01.2017 onwards, till do-day ie on 08.01.2017 at about 10 pm technician of the firm has not visited even on our daily three-four requests. Kindly do the needful or direct the reliance headquarters to get back the disc sold to us so that big tv services of reliance can be terminated.

Whe dial from near no responce from that numbers. So keep take action as soon as posibl. You jusst dial now and see. That custmor suport team atnd call or not. Please make immediat actio.

                                    This is in reference to Service request #[protected] that I am having to write this compliant to you, regarding terrible service provided by Reliance Big Tv service engg, Sanjay & amount of 400/- charged forcibly by him, when no service charge is supposed to be charged.

                                    It is almost now 6 years now that I have been Reliance Big Tv customer, re-charging both my connections annually, with the hope that proper service would be provided from their end.

                                    The service engg, Sanjay (Yemlur, Bengaluru) turned up after much request to wait for me for 10-15mins, as I was outside & after much trials could detect the issue, changed the connector & charged 400/- bucks. After confirming with the customer care that no amount is to be charged, I called him back but he was not willing to return the amount and after some time, I received the below ridiculous message.

                                    "Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer, your Service Request No[protected] is closed. You are charged Rs.0.0 .Trust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you."

                                    Further, it is Herculaneum task to reach the Reliance Big tv customer care team & after 3 trials after call gets disconnected every time, it says that have crossed number of trials for the day, which is utter frustrating.

                                    Kindly help get the amount of Rs.400/- credited back to my Reliance big TV account, following which I would go for my next annual subscription, which is due on Feb 8th.

                                    Pl action the requested on priority.

                                    The complaint has been resolved after getting in touch with the Nodal Officer directly & the amount has been reversed to my Reliance account. Would appreciate if my cell # can be removed from the complaint registered initially to avoid further fraud calls on the same. Thanks.

                                    This has become really scary that even this site is not free from hackers & that they use the complaints to their use, if your telephone number is provided in the complaint registered. It has been a g8 learning lesson for me, not to provide your communication number while raising any complaint.

                                    I got duped by calls from +[protected], claiming he is Ajay Saxena from Reliance support team & from +[protected], asking for debit card details, along CVV #, stating that immediate online transfer of the amount wrongfully charged would be done to my account. Thankfully, I did not share my CVV # but things went completely out of imagination, when I went to ICICI ATM, as was asked by the person, stating that he would guide me how to get the amount refunded and he asked me to transfer 39876 (stating that it is a code) to some unknown bank account #[protected], stating that after that I would get the refund option on the screen. That was when I got apprehensive & realized that it was a big racket and got saved by the neck, after giving it back properly to the caller.

                                    I am posting this, so that necessary action can be taken against those callers, if the same can be traced from the bank account # provided. Also, so that others may know how to be more careful & secure while posting complaints online.

                                    Hi team, immediately after posting my complaint, I received call from +91 89745 71288, assuring me that my complaint has been taken into consideration & that necessary action would be taken against the Service engg. Further, I was being asked to provide my Debit card details for immediate transfer of the amount of Inr 400/-charged by the Serv Engg but I got bit apprehensive for sharing my debit card details, when the person asked my CVV #, after taking down my card # & expiry details, which I didn't share.
                                    Thereafter, he gave me Voucher code # RFCIC3987600AZ & asked me to an ICICI ATM & give him a call from there, as he would guide then how to use the code for immediate transfer of the mentioned amount.
                                    I am now speculative, whether the call was genuine or not. Please help verify the caller & let me know, if I should go to ICICI ATM as advised by the caller.

                                    I purchased SAMSUNG TV from RELIANCE DIGITAL, MAHAGUN METRO MALL, VAISHALI, GHAZIABAD, UP but salesman assured that there was cashback on payment through CREDIT CARD.

                                    I purchased on 11th October but till date no cashback received in my SBI or CITIBANK credit card.

                                    Please resolve.
