Am Vamsi Sai, I have bought LG Top Load Fully Automatic Washing machine on 31/08/2012 and also bought extended warranty to it till 31/08/2016. One and half month back when i complained them about there is heavy noise in the washing machine while it is working.After three days of compliant the service came and told me that the suspension rods needs to be changed and it takes at least one week for them to get those rods, to which i agreed but after that week the service guy didn't respond to my calls like this i have almost registered 16 times to which none responded.Finally when i mailed them again last week. i got a call that my washing machine is not in warranty, when i asked them on what basis they are saying that, they told me it is in their system.So, in order to update it i have sent them the scanned bills and warranty copies.even after getting that, no one has called me. when i call them now they are not picking my calls. Forget about concern, they don't even have minimum courtesy to address customers problem. Generally it may take 4-5 days for a chronic issue but to replace suspension rods they are taking one and half month, still continuing.. Was this information helpful? |
