I purchased a semi automatic washing machine of reconnect from juhu branch on 26th august 2019, made the payment, and the sales person told me that it will be delivered the next day for sure, i. E on the 27th of august b/w 10 am to 10 pm and i received the massage stating the same I waited till 8 in the evening and thn called the outlet and the girl told me that our standard delivery is 48 hours and there is some problem and the sales person should have told me and etc etc and my machine won’t be delivered today I waited the whole day in my house, put my other plans on hold, so that the delivery person doesn’t have to wait or return Seriously this is not a nice experience.. I wanted to buy other things also.. But now i am highly doubtful about my decision of purchasing the product from reliance digital Took extended service also, god knows what will happen if something happens to the machine Will u guys even repair it My 1st experience and most probably the last one P.
