I have purchased Reconnect Thunder storm 2.1 CH MM home theater system 1st October 2017 and it got faulty 28th September 2018, i have compliant and submitted it on relicence digital center service with request no.[protected] on date 29 September 2018 ( it was on warranty) after 10 days i have checked my complaint status via sms service it was answered status closed then i have called so many times to service center and reliance digital center but they did not give satisfactory answer to me still waiting for their response and they are not providing any update on my complaint and every time they told me i will call you back but till now i never get any call and update from their side
i am now frustrated with both of them and written on the internet so that i can found the solution and the update on my complaint.
Waiting for ETA with right solution

Behavior very bad
Especially reliance digital esplanade one bhuabaneswar branch
I visited on 19th nov 2018, about 8-8.30pm
Asked have you one plus 6t-6gb 128gb.
They dont have but they said yes we have.
When we ask them anything they didnot gove responce. ### those stupids
