Hi Team,
I placed an order online through Reliance Digital on 13 Apr 2022 with estimated delivery date as 14 Apr 2022. The order is confirmed and received shipment tracking details in email on 14 Apr 2022. Even after 5 days now on 18 Apr 2022 the product is not delivered and neither the tracking information in updated in system. I checked almost every hour in a day to see the status of the product. But, still status remains same "No Data Received".
Reliance team is not responsible to deliver the products on time and the customer support doesn't even have an idea about where the product is and when its going to be delivered. Every time they have the same response to customers stating " your product will be delivered in next 24 hours" which is frustrating to hear from 4 days.
I want this to be taken on priority to resolve the delivery issue.
