I purchased a Sony smart TV 50X75 model from Ongole branch. I bought it a week ago and they delivered it in 2 days. They charged me extra 825 rupees for shipping to my location as it far from store. But after delivery they did not install it even after 5 days. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they do not have enough guys on the desk to support customers. Because I tried to reach out on the customer service number for about 15 times but I could only talk to them once. If their service is such bad at the time of purchase itself I can’t imagine how bad their service is going to be when I need any repair service with their ResQ plan. Now the store guys are not picking my call and the customer service people are guaranteeing anything on how soon they can install.
