Reliance Digital — Terrible service will not install the A/C

Hi team,

I bought an air conditioner after lock down and the product has been delivered on 22/05/2020 and raised a request for installation on 23/05/2020 and i tried calling there customer service number multiple times they are keep on telling the same thing it will happen in next 24 hours it is almost a week as of now there is no response and i have sent a escalation email to the team as per their reliance digital page but as of now there is no response request you to help
