[Resolved] Reliance Digital — the delivery of material | |||
On 12th nov 2017 i had order vu 49s6575 which was supposed to be delivery on 13th nov 2017. I have received an sms where they have confirmed that the material is delivered, but the material is yet not delivered, upon calling at store they said that the material is moved from store and driver is notable to make the deliver the product by today. Moreover the material is out from store and is with there delivery driver at his home... Is this the service standard you people maintaining. What if the driver will change the parts of the product is your store responsible for this. How can you let the product to be laying at the other place after i have received the delivery sms. Also your customer center still giving us an sms that technician will visit by 13th nov 2017. Being the indians top retail brand this is not at all acceptable from your company. Now i am not sure that what product am i getting as the delay in delivering dosent matter a lot but keeping the tv out of your store and not reaching at my place creates an serious concern that there may be the chances that the product might be changed or done something wrong. If you were not able to deliver today you must have stooped at first point and don't let the material move from your store. Was this information helpful? | |||
