Hi,
I brought miromax led tv from reliance digital 2 years ago and took 1 years extended warranty from reliance resq plan. But when i rasied a request under resq for extended warrenty, they keep on postponing and informing me that request is assigned to engineer and he will visit to your house for service. But no one has visisted.
Now when i escalated the issue to higher authority they told me that we wont be able to serve you and will provide 60% compensation for the tv and will collect the tv and all original bills.
They send some one local and send some document in which they asked me to sign and in which it was written that i dont have original bills and i acknowledge that.
I straight away neglected to sign as incorrect statement was written also the cheque he was giving was local cheque.
I logged a complain to the authority but no reply from last 3-4 month, i am logging and sending multiple reminder but no help.
Pls assist i had paid a big amount to the resq but these people are not providing the service for which i paid.
Kindly assist.
