I've purchased one headphone for mobile,
headphone from Sony. I've attached product entry pass issued from Reliance Digital, Purulia. Now it's more than one month but I didn't get the product back.
Just after purchase in two month one side headphone was not working, then I contacted with Reliance Digital, Purulia and I get it back with same new headphone because it was within warranty period. This new headphone lasted for one month only, and again I visited same store, and still my product is within warranty period, but as of now I didn't get it back.

    Last year we bought a side open washing machine and since it was onam we were suppose to get a dinner set as gift. When we said to give the gift by hand they told that it will be given with the delivered item. But nothing was giliven as gift. When we asked this to the executive he told that since the stock was over itis not possible however he agreed to give a discount amount of rs 1000 for the next purchase. Now i am in need of a refrigerator and when we asked about the same they are telling that it's not possible. This is a kind of cheating attitude shown by the excecutives. The executive name is bipin alphonse and it seems that he is in continueous leave.
    Please take necessary steps so that i could again purchase something from here.

      I finalized a microwave from reliance digital in festive sale.
      They promised me delivery within 7 days as the product was not in stock.

      10 days passed by and no one contacted. I had to go multiple times to the shop to get the status. They told they will reach out to me both when i called and when i went to the shop. But, i never got a call until i went to the shop and told the store manager that i was going to lodge a complaint.

      Everything came into place within one day and the product which was out of stock, was delivered in a day.

      Again, at the time of demo, i told to send the person during morning time and the team confirmed.
      However, on later multiple communication i found that there was no track of my past communication with anyone.
      The visiting person didn't have my address details with him and asked me to provide the address.

      I have not even started with the product and already feel like never buying any product from reliance digital again.

        Please refer my my earlier complaint no is [protected] dt 21.08.2018. The technician visited on 22.08.2018. The product (Washing machine) being under extended warranty, he told that the concerned part (Panel) of the washing machine which is not working will be replaced. He assured to do so in 5 to 7 days. Still not done. Kindly get the same done on priority.

            Reliance executive told me we will give 15 days rate difference as per market rate
            Now store is saying it's price dropped
            I submit a quotation of rate difference on 11th day after purchase

            Please revert by saying that you do not make fool of customer
            ???

              Sir we purchased a samsung washing 8kg with phone offer on 13august. At the time of purchase they told me it was delivered by 23rd august. Now on today sept 01 those people told me that the delivery will take another 15 days. I made a complaint to your complaint cell on tuesday 28 th of august they told they told me about response with in 24 to 48 hours. Till this date iam not receiving from them. Y complaint log no is [protected]. I am very much disappointed with the reliance deal. I am waiting for two more days and go to the consumer court. Very sorry.

                I purchased two apple6 mobiles one is april 7th another one august15th, along with earpods i lost 30days for first mobile phone, than saperately purchased apple lighting earpods on june 6th after 10days it won’t work, i informed them, suggested to apple service center, they asked where you purchased i told purchase din reliance digital they telling bring above apple7 models then we replace earpods, i informed same to your store manger (Himayath nagar branch), he told we just sales dept. We hopeless, we can’t do help, they kept product last 2 months, still with them not yet resolved. If not sort out issue within10days

                  I bought a wishing machine from your R-CITY mall outlet but a damaged pice delivered to my house and it's been identified by your installation support executive Mr Manoj Tiwari..he assured me for replacement and taking back of damaged pice..but even after 10 day's there's no reply. I have called 4-5 times to your customers service desk ..but yet to get any response..

                  I'll report the complaint to forum it not solve in 2 day's.

                    This guy's are selling faulty product and not giving proper service to customer. They don't have any ethics about how to talk with client. I bought hp laptop on 26th August and laptop is having slow processing issue with in 5 days of purchase when I visited reliance digital they directly refused to help me and told me to contact hp support.

                      Reliance digital sucks. They are not bloody ready to help to provide a duplicate copy of mobile phone bill. Date of purchase location of purchse everything is being provided. I went to reliance digital store in ahmedabad in ahmedabad one mall to ask for a duplicate bill or scanned bill copy for my note 8 phone which i had purchased from mumbai chakal andheri east store in titatnium building. I asked the guy in ahmedabad reliance store to kindly co orrdinate with relaince people in mumbai. He tried also but mumbai people not responding at all. I had to give my phone for screen replacement which is still pending due to non availability of bill. I called called up Mr. Joshi at bombay location but he is not responding to calls. This not one treats their customer. I had emailed the same thing months back but they are not even responding to email.

                      Kindly help for the same. I need duplicate bill cooy for my samsung galaxy note 8 phone. Even toll free number is incorrect.

                        Dear team,

                        This is William here. I bought a brand new Samsung washing machine on 21st of Aug and got it delivered on 22nd Aug. They told that technician will come for installation on the same day but he didn’t pick up the call and he came on the next day (23rd of Aug). Next day technician told that he will come by 02:30 but he came earlier around 01:30 and so that I had to take permission and come. It hardly took 10 mins to unwrap, fit things and give me a demo. I didn’t notice the machine at all. Later, the same day I noticed a dent on the machine and I tried to reach the technician but I couldn’t reach him. Then I went straight to the store where I purchased the machine. I told them the details and they raised the complaint. I went to the store the next 3 consecutive days but they didn’t respond anything. I could see the person in the store trying to help me by raising complaints and reaching out to the senior persons but there was no reply at all. They were telling like technicians won’t install machines that had dents. I don’t have to lie on such things. I bought a fridge a week before from the same shop. Why one should complaint about the things that’s isn’t having a fault or dents. I went back to the shop in 2 days to complaint the issue and still they say that the fault is not with them.

                        I don’t complain the technician but it could have happened during transporting. It’s the trust I had so much on reliance to keep the machine unboxed until the technician came. As I was in a hurry I had to leave without looking properly over the machine.

                        Only 2 o[censored]s live in the flat nothing is near the machine to make the dent. When I raised the complaint all I told was they can’t do anything for that since I told them after 2 days. I went 12 kms all the way to that particular shop to get the product.

                        Is this how people treat customers.? Do they want us to keep running back to stores to sort out the issue. Even then they say the fault is ours.? A machine can’t get a dent unless it is hit hard which could never happen in unfurnished new flat.

                        I’m requesting for a replacement as the mistake is not from my side. I’m not responsible for the dent, then why should pay for something that is damaged. If mistake is from side I’m ready to pay to correct it.

                        Sorry it’s not from my end. The machine hasn’t been moved a inch since the day they fixed it. I could have wrote this earlier, I thought reaching out to store might help but there was no response and so I have to raise a strong complaint on that. Kindly understand from the customer point and help me out on this.

                        Note: None reached me regarding this since the day(25th Aug) I raised the complaint, where I was told that I will get one, either from technician or the team.

                              I raised the service request on 16th jul 2018. Resq technician lakshminarayana visited on 19thjuly and escalated the problem with photoes and complained that gearbox plus bearings. He told it will be compleated in 7 to 10 days. I started follow up from 28th july. Always customer care part is available and we are sending technician. After 1st of august i continuously following up with chain of mails and regular talk with resq cust care.
                              Always they r telling the above in mails and in oral talk they told that my warrenty and resq plan are not in force. I send the my resq plan customer copy which clearly shows rcp period start date 26122016 end date 25122018 to the resq customer care through mails and whatsapp. To various people. No response no action. I don't know why they are giving this resq when they not coming to the resq at the time of contingency. Please see that it will be resolve asap.

                                Dear team, i have booked the refrigerator at your store - located at jeedimetla village, quthbulapur mandal, hyd - 500014. The invoice number is 001229.

                                Delivery was supposed to happen in 8 days but it was delayed and when i enquired i was informed that there was a delay in stock.

                                Till date i did not get my item and its really frustrating to see such type of irresponsible service. Kindly let me know whom should i speak regarding this.

                                When i call ur customer care number it is not responsive i mean i am unable to reach u.

                                Kindly suggest me how do i deal with this issue.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I bought an reconnect brand direct cool refrigerator 70 litres. Model number :- rhdcg7001 and serial number :- aav16d0000086 on 23/04/2017 with a two year warranty.
                                  Now the issue is that i have booked a repaired complain on 09/07/2018. With a job sheet number is :- [protected]. Form that day to today 29/08/2018 my issue has not been solved. I don’t know who but reliance have sent service engineer 2 times already and both have checked the issue and sent you guys the video.
                                  When i asked them whats the issue they said compressor is not working and i will repair it in 2-3 days.
                                  Now its been 1.5 months since i filled up my complain still the issue is not solved.

                                  Therefore, i would request you to advise me immediately as to what i should do in this matter. You may send your representative to finish this work.
                                  I feel it is better to send the parts along with him. I take a very poor view of the situation as you guys claimed while selling this refrigerator about the efficiency of your service.

                                    I've purchased a Samsung Washing machine from Reliance Digital, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad on 15th Aug. 2018.At the time of purchase sales team assured me to deliver the product on or before 23rd of Aug. 2018. They delivered the product on 23rd Aug. But product was damaged ( Display panal was cracked). I returned the product at the same time of delivery. Delivery boy confirmed me to deliver other machine on next day with confirmation of his senior authority. But it very regret that after my personal visit to Reliance Store and several telephonic complaint. They are not given any proper reply. Please look after in this regard and oblige me.

                                      I was buy a AO SMITH brand 3 lit gyser on 5.08.2018.after 1 week gyser was installed.i was pay 600 rs for that.but in few days gyser pipe was carry out and water was drain.i was repair 2 times but problem was not solved.in this case my wife was burn out at the time of bath.all hot water was drain on her hand.i was complained to ril digital.but i was shocked that person who is came for installation he was not RILRESQ team or AOSMITH TEAM.

                                      After that i was completed to his manager but no one can response to me.

                                      Till problem was pending.i am suffering till date.

                                      I suggest please provide technical service or installation service by trusted person.

                                      Whole team is careless and effortless.

                                      Now i will go to police station for FIR AND also go to CONSUMER FORUMS for this incident.

                                        I had purchased above mobile from your store at great india palace, noida on 08.07.2018. Very next day, i had noticed that full charged battery is getting reduced to 10% within 6/7 hrs, visited your store, the concerned told me to wait for few days and the issue will automatically get resolved. On 11.07.2018 i came to indonesia (As i work here) but same problem is continuing. I have to carry power bank always with me, even i visit any out place for few hrs. It's so frustrating and sad to buy this product.
                                        Need your help. Please note my complain and will visit your store during my next visit to india in november, 2018.
