Sir my set top box[protected] is ddead from 28 july 15. I make many calls to customer care, but no action. From last week my daughter and son is upset for tv. I am in trouble because i have a one year subscription (last 28 june 15 recharged ).If i have one or two month pack, i go with different service provider.
