[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — Account is suspended for last 24 hours even after the recharge

Hi, My Account No:[protected] Name: Balakumar, has been suspended from yesterday morning (19-Dec-2013) 10:00 AM, although i recharged for 330 Rupees around 9:30 AM. I have called your customer care 10 times till now and all the time i get the response as it'll be resolved in 2 hours or 10-15 min. I am fed up with the way things have panned out. Till now nothing has been resolved even after 24 hours. So resolve the same ASAP and let me know. Regards, Balakumar

The problem which the Customer care wasn't able to resolve for 24 hrs got resolved with in 3 hours from the posting of the complaint in this forum. Got a call from Reliance CCare and the same got resolved at afternoon 12:40 PM (19-Dec-2013).
