[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — Complaint not resolved but close the complaint and also deducting amount from my account daily. | |||
I registered a complaint saying that my Reliance Big TV digital Set-top box got hanged on Oct 22nd 2013. The set-top box is not working completely The gave me the Service Request Number:[protected]. No body turned up even after regular follow up with Big TV customer care for 3 weeks. With out solving this they closed the service mentioning that issue has been resolved on Nov 7th 2013. I called them again on Nov 7th 2013 asked why this ticket has been closed with out fixing the problem. they replied that system automatically closed that and said that we can open a new ticket and they gave a new Service Request Number:[protected]. But my account is getting deducted on daily basis and now i see my account balance is around 660 Rs, where during my compliant it was 890Rs. Still my problem was not resolved.
