Reliance Digital Tv — i want refund : no signal in my set up box after date 15.04.2018... i deposited amount for one year subscription

There is no signal on my smart card no.[[protected]] since last 5 days (From 15.04.2018). I have tried calling several times on reliance big tv / reliription. But on 18.04.2018 services on my setup box not available
. Now, no channels are coming. Suddenly since then the big tv stopped working ance digital tv customer care no but it is not working. Even sent email and done online complain but no response. I am a big tv customer for last 10 years. On i want refund of my money. 08 december 2017 i recharged for rs. 3600/- for yearly subscand says no signal. Pls ask them to refund my money if their services are stopped. Pls don't cheat public with cheap tactics. Customer care of reliance digital tv on phone numbers [protected] & [protected] is not working
