Sir, I P.Sudheer, from Hanamkonda, I have ordered a TV namely Reconnect 32 Inches at Reliance Digital showroom, KU X road, Hanamkonda, Warangal Urban District on[protected]. The said showroom manager said product will be delivered on[protected] between 1000 hours to 2200 hours. I was paid entire amount for the product. But as of now product was not delivered.

Dear Reliance Team,

I have done pre-booking of Big tv on 2nd March and as per your website commitment you should deliver BIG TV between 30 to 45 days but now 52 days has been passed and no updates given from your side, customer care executives are helpless and dont know anything, also nobody responding to mails. You have taken money in Advance and now we feel like cheated. My application ID is 12521033 hope you will take positive action..
