I had purchased a Sony 65 inch smart TV (KD-55X8500D) from Reliance Digital (Kalyan West, Maharashtra) on 11 th Feb 2022 and we have also opted for extended warranty for 1 year at the time of purchase, which is valid till 11 Feb 2024. Unfortunately the TV’s display has gone two months ago and we called the service center to get it repaired. The technician came a few weeks after and informed that the display need to be replaced and can be done under extended warranty. They have came to pick the TV from home after one month of complaint l. Ever since that we are waiting for an update from reliance to solve the issue and its been over 2 months now and we are hearing the same response every time when when we call or visit the shop that “we will fix it soon”. At this time am really tired about this irresponsible behaviour from reliance and trying to get it repaired. If this continues there is a high chance that this will continue till the extended warranty gets over without a resolution.
Kindly help, we have spend more than 1.5L for this TV and this is totally unacceptable even after opting for extended warranty from Reliance resQ. Was this information helpful? |
