Reliance Digital Tv — Poor & unprofessional service

I had made a complaint on 14.04.2016 because most of the channels was not streaming. I was assured that an engineer would come to solve the issue within 48 hours but no one came. Then continuously i called up customer care number everyday till 26th april but everytime i would get a standard reply that your problem will be processed shortly. Later on on 9th may i got a text that my request has been processed and the issue has been solved and rs. 175 was charged from my account. But no engineer ever visited my home.
When i contacted the helpline number i was informed that my number was out of reach when the engineer tried to contact me. I want to further inform you that previously also such lame excuse was given to me during august 2015 so this time i had given alternate numbers during registering my complain on 14.04.2016. I have certain questions regarding the same.
How can i receive the message from the company if my number was not reachable?
Further after 1 month of my complain they could only find time once to call me up?
Did the engineer ever tried calling back again?
Again i made a complain on 12.05.2016 for an engineer but still no actions has been taken up by the company. When i contacted the helpline number once again i was informed that an engineer has already visited my home to which i had to inform them that no engineer has visited my home even after one month of my complain while as per the norms of the company i was given an assurance that engineer would come within 48 hours.
Words cant explain the amount of frustration i have to go through due to your poor service. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

Reliance Big TV — Suspended the service

I had complained about the set top box to the company. The engineer of the company had not come to me, yet the service is suspend.

Reliance Big TV — Kannada channels are not comming

Kannada channels Uday TV, Colors Kannada etc are not coming.My reliance digital TV number is[protected].

I was using bigtv 24months back but now I want to reactivate my card[protected] but I am unable to reach customer care .. soon after I enter my 12 digit card number call is getting disconnected. . Please help and do the concern
