Year after year when we have to recharge we need to call the customer care service and inform the pack details after payment. Every year I face the same issue the customer case agents are rude and the service is PATHETIC. They do not bother to listen what we are asking and are not bothered to solve the issue, just in the hurry to get over with the call. They do not inform in advance of any charges that they deduct from out balance and in the end when we recharge for the pack they say no balance ask them for the deduction all they say is its as per policy. Agree its policy but do explain what the policy is, which they do not have and answer and just respond saying - thank you for calling have a good day.
