I purchased Sharp Aquos TV from Reliance digital 2 years ago. In such a short time the TV started showing problems - picture became grainy & not visible. I lodged a complaint with Reliance digital a week ago. Until now nobody has turned up to check the TV!!
Their customer support is so pathetic they have no idea if the technician came or not, everyday I have to call them & they tell me he will be coming today. They are clearly cheating people with their pathetic extended warranty gimmicks! Also spoiling the name of the TV manufacturer in the process. I want my money back for the warranty so I can get a good technician to resolve my issue! Was this information helpful? |
