Reliance Digital Tv — Worst customer service full harassment

I've complaint on signal issue on 04/04/2016 but till 6 days no response from the company and I solved the issue by local technician and on 14/04/2016 my Rs170/- deducted and I got the message tha request has closed but no technician visited to my house after that I'm complaining about this company is not giving any response please do the needful to me...
