Reliance Digital Tv — Worst response by Customer care team | |||
Reliance is giving very bad services to consumers. I have booked a complaint 5 days back saying my set-top box is not working and I am still following up with Reliance Big TV customer care representatives. My smart card number is[protected]. Everyday when i am calling customer care i am getting a reply that a technician will visit me TODAY or TOMORROW morning. And from last five days i am getting the same reply. I feel like cheated. When i booked the complaint, I was told that the technician will visit and REPAIR if possible, otherwise will replace it. Now they are giving me reason that the set top boxes are out of stock. I would like to know - for a technician to visit and repair an existing set-top box, is it necessary to have a brand new set-top box? Otherwise, to replace with a new set-top box, why do you need a technician? You can courier it to me. I can connect it with the cable. I am highly dis-satisfied with your service and my advice to others here is - NEVER EVER PURCHASE RELIANCE BIG TV Was this information helpful? | |||

reliance customer care executives give false information when i call. Each time when i am calling them, i came getting unrelated set of answers.
