[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Very Worst Service - No Response / Installation even after many calls | |||
I bought an AC on Saturday (8th Apr 2017). When I have enquired, I asked the sales person that the installation should be done by Sunday (9th Apr 2017). When I called them on Sunday, they said that today installation was not possible and then I had asked refund. Then they sent 2 persons after more calls and arguments by 4 pm. They didn't bring extra copper tube for extension and they went to get that and took more than 2 hours, informed like since Sunday, so there is no shop open to get the tube. I was very much irritated and they told that the tube will get it by morning and do the installation. Now 12 pm (Monday - 10 Apr 17). No one respond my calls and no installation done as of now. So Please don't go with Reliance Digital Service. if you go, You will get tensed and irritated with their wonderful customer service :( Was this information helpful? | |||
