Sir, i purchased a Voltas Beko refrigerator from Reliance Digital platform on 4th Jun2022, which stopped working from 7th Aug2022. From 10th Aug I am repeatedly asking for service, but Resq team is cheating everytime. Even they asked for money for service of my product which is just 2months old and which is having 24mnths of brand warranty. Even if I agreed to pay, the resq team is playing with me. From 10th Aug it's 3rd Sep, no resolution provided me. Their Resq team everytime lies and misguided me. I don't have any faith upon them at all. Plz help for refund of the same. I have all evidences of their misguidance.
