As per service request no.[protected], dated 28/09/19 i has been requesting regularly for your technical assistance.
No one attending till now.
They keep telling that technican will visit tomorrow from 28/09/19, it costs my time and leaves,
From 26/09/19 we are unable to watch tv, it could have been better if they tell us exact time, they just said technician will visit in 24 hrs time
