Reliance Digital — water can not be drained from washing machine

I have purchased a reconnect semi automatic washing machine with 5 years warranty on 23 october 2018. The complaint of the product is that water can't be drained, may be due to blockage. I have lodge a complaint in the customer service centre 4th of this month, but there is no response, no initiative from customer care. No technician has contacted me till date to solve the problem.
