[Resolved] Reliance Digital — water purifier/ ticket# [protected] | |||
We are complaining for the same issue for almost past 3 months and it is not resolved yet. Service centre is closing the ticket with out resolving and confirming with us, saying technician confirmed to them that it is fixed. Subjected ticket is open since 23rd june 2018 and till date no technician has visited our place. Please advise who is responsible for this inconvenience? When can we expect this to be fixed? kindly inform to you that we are not getting the electric bill from 6 month.you were executive came on site last before 3 days cut for meter, so pleased send bill copy paid for amount.
