Reliance Digital — Whirlpool Washing Machine Repair

I purchased a Whirlpool 7.5KG Fully Automatic TL WM ELITE GR washing machine from Reliance Digital and raised a complaint for repair on 23rd June 2025. It is now 1 month, and the issue is still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.
Let me outline the core issues:

It took an unreasonable amount of time just for parts to be delivered.

Repeated follow-ups have resulted in nothing but missed timelines and vague responses.

Initially, I requested that the machine be repaired at home.

After much back and forth, I reluctantly agreed to have it picked up—but only with the request that it be done in the morning, so the repair could be completed in front of me and returned the same day.

Despite my clear availability and request, your team insisted they would pick it up “anytime during the day.”

Even worse, your staff made inappropriate remarks, stating things like:

“We are not your servants. We won’t work according to your convenience. Bring the machine yourself.”

This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and deeply humiliating, especially when directed at my family members.

Escalation team has failed to resolve the issue professionally or empathetically. Even no action has been taken yet against your service team. I always get the same response.

I now question whether I made a mistake purchasing from Reliance Digital.

To add to the severity of the situation:

I live with my wife, who is eight months pregnant. Without a working washing machine, we are facing immense hardship with a basic household necessity. The mental stress, repeated humiliation, and lack of resolution have caused serious emotional and practical strain.
