My smart card number for Reliance Big TV (RBTV) is[protected] for which I have taken one year subscription by paying 2500 rupees. After few days, I got issue with set top box and it has been replaced by RBTV, the set top box for which RBTV has charged 500 rupees and also I have lost 3 days of complete service for the process of getting new set top box. Though I was charged 500 rupees for new box, they have provided a very old USED set top box which has worked just for one month and stopped working. I lost the service again. I called up customer service and got the complaint launched and informed clearly that I need a new set top box as I have paid for one and also I told not to charge again for box as the box is still under warrenty for 6 months. Inspite of all the discussion, engineer came with same old USED set top boxes and again I was charged for the box which was deducted from my annual subscription amount which lead to service suspension again. I called up customer care and to my surprise, they said that they will give only old set top boxes though it is charged and cannot stop charging it. But could raise a refund request which would take 3 working days. Again, it took 5 days to complete the process and I have lost 5 days of service again. So totally 8 days of service is gone with in just 2 months and still 10 more months are there and I am not sure how many times i need to change the set top box and loose the service for days.
