Reliance Digital — Wrong description product shipped | |
Dear Team, My registered mobile no [protected]. I placed an order for a Canon printer from reliance digital website on 20th Oct 2020 at approx 11AM. Beacuse of ni toner cartradge with printer I cancelled through telephonic customer care at approx 11:30AM same day. Later on evening I found the status changed to shipped. I againn called they informed me to be rest assured It is cancelled and I will get the refund as per schedule. But it is being delivered to me on 22-Oct-2020. While the delivery boy called me for the location from company number. I informed him that my product is cancelled and I will not accept delivery. He visited my place forced me infornt of my relatives to accept or will loose my money. At the same time I called reliance digital customer care for the force from delivery boy but executive put my call on hold and then disconnected. Because I was afraid of loosing my money and product both I accepted the delivery. Because found reliance digital customer service is not at all supportive even after repeted calls they delivered the product. Now after receiving again I called and also wrote for cancellation or return of product due to couple of reasons: 1) Even after cancelled well on time they shipped the product. 2) This is not a color printer and in the description mentioned as color printout at 5PPM. Nothing materialized from any of team either telephonically, email, social media or grievance team. Please suggest where should a Customer go when finds pathetic customer service.
