Reliance Digital — Wrong Product delivered but item not replaced or money refunded till date

I had ordered one HP Omen 15 laptop from Reliance Digital store on 16th Oct, 2020 (Order No.- RDF[protected]. The purchase experience has been worst, I had also raised a complaint before on this issue on 22nd Oct, 2020 (Complaint ref id- WPD[protected]. After this horrible delivery and customer care experience I will never purchase again anything from Reliance Digital or recommend it to anyone else. First the product delivery was delayed, then after delivery when I opened and checked the product I found that the product has different specifications than the one mentioned in Reliance Digital website. In the product description it says 144 Hz, 300 nits display but I have been delivered a 60 Hz, 250 nits display laptop (See attached images and videos). So, as the product delivered to me is not as per the description given in your website, I request you to either replace my product with the same as mentioned in the description of your website or take back the product and give me full refund of my paid money. I had already contacted your CS, CS-Head, CEO Desk etc. through e-mail, phone and other medium but got no concrete resolution till date what I heard is words like- " we are expressly working on it, we have escalated this issue, we will soon get back to you, your query will be resolved withing next 24-48 hrs and... blah blah blah". It has been almost a week and the item has neither been replaced nor my money has been refunded, you promise a resolution within 24-48 hrs but it has been more than a week.I am suffering despite purchasing a product of 116K and being harassed like this, do you think the customer will come back to you again? Is this how you handle us? I had got many false assurances of working expressly on it, now I want an immediate resolution to this dispute.

It has been almost two weeks still no resolution from Reliance Digital, I have also filed a complaint against Reliance Digital on 31st Oct, 2020 in National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. 2356301). But they don't even bother to reply there, such a bunch of scammers. They took my money delivered the wrong product and now don't even care to replace or take back the product and refund my money.
