My "Relationship ID" : [protected]. I purchased iBall Premio Win 8.1on 8/08/2016. Product ID : INIB[protected] as per the invoice. Your product claims FREE Microsoft Office 365 one year subscription and Auto upgrade to Windows 10. I am told by Microsoft that both are not possible as the offer to iBall as expired 6 mths ago. The charger adapter was not working and I was directed to the iBall service center on the third day of my purchase. On enquiry about the Microsoft Office 365 activation, they could not do it and asked my contact Microsoft. Went back to your store at Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad and I was assigned one Intiyaz Ali to look into this matter. He assigned one Microsoft personnel to come to my house and do the needful. The gentle man Mr. Nagendra cam from Microsoft and after inspection spoke with his senior and shared with me that the offer to iBall on Microsoft Office and Auto upgrade has expired 6 months ago.
On contacting your store I was told it would be resolved. UNFORTUNATELY this has yet to be resolved as of today.
Very surprising when speaking with Mr. Intiyaz Ali to understand by when this can be resolved as he was suppose to give a resolution by 23rd Aug'2016, he disconnected the phone and repeated calls is not responding.
I do not know now what to do. Please deliver what has been claimed on the product or take back the product and refund the money.
Hope to get a faster resolution.
