My experience with reliance digital infinity mall was one of the worst. They treat ppl like #. They don't bother what the customer needs. They go on and peter blame the customer that he / she has harassed them. The escalation team mr ronny called up and sai ma'am it is ur mistake that ur phone is not compatible with the tv. Also when the tv instllersaid that wallmountis not sustainable fhe tv, it's my fault. And the case is closed. I would want some senior to intervene, else i will go to the consumer court. Specially after speaking to mr ronny from the escalation team.
