Reliance Dish TV — Poor Signal Quality and Blank cannels | |||||
For the past 4 months there were hardly any channels visible. There was erro 400 being constantly displayed for most of the channels. 1 More than 7 Complaints were registered on 1800 provided by reliance Dish TV in last 4 months. 2. The call centre handling the complaints are not supportive and most of the times reverted by saying the systems are not up so i have to call back ? 3. Of the 7 times, i registered the complaints, i was visited by technical support team 4 times and I was asked to change set top box, remote control and a device in my Dish. All this because i was not able to view channels in my TV. 4. Every time, a technical support guy visited my house, Rs. 250 were deducted from my account ? 4. Inspite of all the above, things never changed and they were always the same.. 5. Seems like Reliance has a criminal strategy to make money by asking people to login compliants, change devices and 250 for visits due to complaints ? 6.
