Reliance Energy — complain on the monthly bill generated

My account no in reliance energy is[protected] with bill no[protected]
Category residential
My electricity bill from last 6 months is exceptionally high irrespective o[censored]sage.
Even when entire family is travelling for vacation monthly bill come in the range of[protected]
The bill amount for july is 5000 nd of june 2018 was 6000.
I fail to understand this
As we are two member working family and most of the appliances are only used at night.
This clearly indicates error.
I request for immediate check on this matter
