Dear sir
My account number is[protected] under the name S.D Kadam. I want to complaint regarding the extra ordinary high bill amount. I shifted in this house in August 2014. My electricity units were 715 units. In month of May'15 my units were 1257 units and my bill amount is Rs 11900. I recently asked my neighbour who uses more electrical appliances than me with an air conditioner but his bill amount is Rs around Rs 4000.
I want to make complaint regarding the same. I want your executive to check my electric meter. I called your customer care centre in the morning and said that there will be an outgoing call but I never received a outgoing call. I again tried to connect in the evening and spoke to Baba but even he didn't forwarded my call. I contacted at 10.00 pm and spoke to Ganesh Taikwad but again there was no response from your side. I must say you have the worst customer care service at your end. If you are really inclined to serve and help your customers, the contact me ASAP. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as you can.
