Every month the bill is increasing, in oct 2017 also i had made may complaints regarding excess billing, the same was rectified & i was getting average consumption of 1200 units.
We have been checking the meter regularly & average daily consumption is 50 units for march. Considering 25 working days it comes to 1250 units per month, we have taken photographs of the readings.
Either the meter has a problem or the readings are not correct-why should i get usage of 1875 units which works out to 75 units per day which is very excessive.
I have tried calling customer care several times but the hold time is very long & it is impossible to get connected to a customer care personnel Was this information helpful? |
