Reliance Energy — frequent power cut

Respected sir,
My name is flavia alam and i am a resident of sharad nagar society, vashi naka, chembur, mumbai-74.
From past 8 days we are regularly facing frequent power cut in our society. Sir as it is exam time students are really facing it difficult to manage and study and there is frequent power cut im the morning, during night around 3 to 4 a. M. And day time 2 to 5 p. M. And respectivelythis is the time when most of the working people as well as students take rest.
The situation is really becoming verse day by day.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Hope that you will do the needful as soon as possible.
