1) My contract is ending only on 05.05.2016 . The technician came to service and insist to renew 6 months advance..Please Advice
2) Called on 2.11.2015 the owner one Mr Mukherji who told to .forward the complaint to e mail address but not interested to respond.
3) Instead of doing his basic duties of cleaning technician is using his tactics selling new products and changing spare parts which are in good condition.
4) He is ready to put oil and related service if only if extend contract which is already in use
5)) Surprised to note that he did no servicing of cleaning only boasting with no basic ethics of duty ..
6) After he left I have to clean the burner and it seems better.
