I am your customer name Joseph John, would like to bring to your consideration the following queries for your top office and action. 1) My contract started on 05.05.2012 but there was no services till 22.11.2013 for more than 1 year since nobody called or followed up. It is mentioned 3 free visits and free internal spares.Is it breach of contract.Please Advice 2) Called on12.11.2013 but charged for spare parts. 3)Expiry period was extended from 05.05.2012 to 04.05.2016 for one more year due to reason delayed service's Mr Sujeet. Is it valid and is under your approval and your book corrected accordingly. 4) Another parallel Service Centre AquaFresh Service Centre under B.O Reliance Enterprise(their address and invoice is with me ) was visiting us propagandizing that they are genuine, original company and your company and parts are fake I am confused..Please advise and clarify. .Hope you know this is a serious issue under consumer rights and violation laws and under breach of company rules and regulations. 5) Kindly make a practice of sending your technician as per contract. ie 3 free visit and free spare parts per year without calling for more trust and confidentiality. 6) Servicing only after so many follow up and delay for two three days, reason Diwali, holiday etc 7)) Provide the original BPL Burner seller address and deals for new purchase with old one replaced with discounted rate. 8) Please send your technician immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
