Reliance Exports — No entitled services without calling several times-who is genuine BPL

AMC for 3 years were made. Accordingly free services for Gas Table must be done every 4 months by the company. But I had no services for the first year since I was out of India to follow up, hence the company is taking advantage if not reminded. Each time I have to call and remind for services .Each time charges were made for spare parts although it is inclusive in the contract.They insist for new purchase telling the burner become old cannot repair etc., after all getting contract for 3 years boosting to make sale technique to fool the consumers at this smart age.They claim to be the genuine BPL gas repair agent and warn not to use other's parts since it is fake. At the same time another company named Aquafresh service Center is claiming as genuine. My question is who is genuine BPL gas repairer.Each one claiming . Do they have the paternal rights and compliance with legal, and proper licence approval.Or is it cheating at the expense of BPL and harassing consumers, BPL and the government as if nobody to check such wrong practices..It seems no control or checklist or track was being kept for customer satisfaction and their work is finished once payment is received.Can the authorities make sure that was proper checklist, track and follow up must be done without calling them and save the customers from such harassment.
