Reliance Exports — No service for faber chimney | |
Our Faber Chimney is in contract for service since 2011 with Reliance Exports now known as Heatcraft, located in Goregaon (W) Mumbai. I made several calls to the aforesaid office, talked to Ms Alisha (cell no [protected]) Mr Raj Mukherjee ([protected] - 77) but I have failed to receive any service for our chimney & now the Service contract got over on 11/10/2015 Very dissapointed with Faber Company. Paid Rs 2550 (chq no. 505005 date 12/10/2014) & facing this harassment everyday. Reliance Export is fake and cheat, the licence must be cancelled and action must be taken against them as early as possible. I am surprised how such cheats are surviving at the expense of poor consumers, shameless guys may be bribing.Why there is no responds from their side and harassment irrespective of contact name and address as so called managers, once check is received and cleared and benefited shamelessly. Will they stop advertising and start cheating business...
