Reliance Fresh — Account debited 3 times for single purchase

Dear sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that I had been to one of the Reliance fresh outlet at Avadi, Chennai on 08.07.2014 and purchased some food items . Amount of billing was Rs 748 An of reliance fresh personal swiped my Debit card no.51962******23763 three times. When I checked my account the amount was debited / charged three times. I complained to reliance fresh manager about this debit of the above amount from my account three times and also shown him the SMS showing debit messages. The manager during the evening shift of that outlet namely Mr. Kesevan who assured me of return of the Amount after he contacts the head office. But unfortunately the amount is not returned to my account .
