[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Amount deducted twice for single bill in Reliance Freash ITPL Bangalore store | |
My name is Jatin and I am from Bangalore .On[protected] I purchased food items of 2700/- from ITPL Bangalote branch of Reliance Fresh and when came to payment counter for payment, I have given debit card to the person on counter, he swapped card and request me for pin no, I have pressed pin no and payment deducted from my card, I got message on my cell about payment deduction, The person on counter again swapped my card and again asked me for pin no. he told me that due to some system problem your previous transition not proceed so I again pressed the pin no and one more payment was deducted for same bill. I told the case to shop manager, he told me that he will investigate the case and give me cash back on next day, but still he didn't give me cash back and told me that he has registered complaint and another seven days required for detail investigation. Still I am suffering and didn't get cash back. Was this information helpful? | |
