Reliance Fresh — Amount through my debit card, pay the cash

7-Feb-2016) I bought some items worth Rs. 1003.91 from Reliance Fresh Store located in pune SS NO-3472 Ambey gaon Pune Store No-2880 and paid the Amount through my debit card for which I have received a confirmation message from my bank also. But the Store executives told me that you will get your amount refunded as the receipt was not generated due to their system error.

I had to pay them the cash after much argument. The summary report of their card swipe machine was also clearly showing the Amount collected on account of my transaction, still they denied to accept their fault.
