Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to withdrawal PF from my PF account as I have already sent form for withdrawal to the company for the process it has already been more than 9 months i have leaved the organization and form was sent before 5 month back but still not been process. my PF account NO. is MH/BAN/48701/1291.

As per the company hey have outstanding for my Full and final I have to repay the amount and than it will process.

I want to know what to do for the same. kindly guide.

Reliance fresh Ltd — regarding bill

I had purchased some daily need products from reliance fresh ltd. ,Circle No. 110 batala road Amritsar,and pay the bill with my debit card , but after swaped the collection guy said its not working due to server problem.So I paid it by cash ,when I checked my A/C its also debited from there , and then I asked them they refused to give the refund and also gave them the Statement of my A/C.but its not solved yet . so pls. do the needful ASAP.

    I had purchase a jeans pent worth of Rs 249 VIDE A CASH MEMO NO_C1006 dt[protected].I had gvn Rs500 to the POS boy & went to another counter for some form filling.After filling the form forgot to collect my balance amount & went to home but in the way when i had got remember to collect my balance amount to the supervisor.He had inquired about the matter with POS boy ,he had replied that he had return the balance amount to me but I am sure that Pos boy does not gvn the balance amount in my hand ,he may kept the same else wer at cash counter .Now concern supevisor Mr Sukhbeer -[protected],had been informed to look into the matter to resolve the same

      I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Janak Puri Store. The staff misbehaved with my two little kids and when argued the staff specially the Guard was acting a goonda. The staff has not coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgot to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as how to behave with custormers) . IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERYVERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A 7 YEAR OLD...IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE KIDS WE GO TO THIS STORE AND NOW BY MISBEHAVING WITH THEM THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT WE DO NOT REVISIT THIS USELESS STORE...

      CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF.

      SUBHIKSHA MALL — NEGLIGENCE

      AT SUBHIKSHA MAROL ANDHERI EAST MUMBAI. ALL THE STOCKS ARE DUMPED IN THEIR GODOWN AND THEY DON'T KEEP THE PROVISIONS IN THE SHELVES TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS

      EVEN THE COMMON ITEMS LIKE SALT ,SUNDROP OIL,SUGAR, RAI, JAGGARY, TAMARIND, TURMERIC,CHANNA, HONEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN MOST OF THE TIMES. IF WE ASK WHEN DO THESE ITEMS COMES MOSTLY NO RESPONSE, OTHERWISE THEY SAY 4-5 DAYS

      MOST OF THE VEGETABLES ARE STALE STAE

      EVEN IN THE SMALL PROVIOSIONAL STORES ALSO WE CAN FIND ALL THESE ITEMS.

      Reliance Fresh, Khatipura, Jaipur — free gift with product not given till date

      m a regular customer of reliance fresh, this is incidence of 24th march'08, i purchased 4 kgs tide along with which 1 bucket was to be given, they have been fooling around with till date saying same shal be provided asap .
      i have taken several days leaves to visit them as this bucket was very imp for me, without this we are nt able to go n get water from hand pump . it is leading to anger ih wife n disatisfaction in kids .
      i wouldnt have bought this much of cloth wachingpowder if they would have intimated me tht they dnt have the bucket
      there sole aim was to cheat me and to make there product sell wothout offer .
      there some official must be using this bucket in taking bath or several things
      i dnt want to buy a bucket as i m a salary class man and this bucket has already costed me SO MUCH .
      pls help me .

      Reliance Fresh Store / Body Scrubber — over charging

      i bought a body scrubber (select the body scrubber) from a reliance fresh store at sector 14 Panchkula (haryana).The MRP printed on the scrubber is Rs.45.50/- whereas the store billed and charged Rs.46.00/-from me.On my enquiry the store manager Mr.shhahid hussain failed to give any satisfactory reply and said he will pay backback Rs.1/- from his pocket.please help into this matter as this big retail chains are making fool of common man and indulging in malpractices.

      Reliance Fresh Limited, Bowenpally, Secunderabad. — Staff attitude is careless

      In teh past 8 months I have complained over 6 times about non availablity of beverages in their cooler. Even when they offered free sippers, the bottels were not kept in teh cooler. i did write a complaint and dropped it in the box. ALAs no responce till date. Infact last month when i asked for teh customer feed back form to write my complaint, the stores manager and his staff laughed at us and asked us to mail teh same at their website instead of wastinf their time. EVEn today teh case was same. NO BEVERAGES WERE AVAILABLE IN THE COOLER|CHILLER. MY Bill No is C1013 #0252 at 19.30.50 pm Dt 13 July 08.

      I have dropped my visiting card with the complaint. BUt EXPECT no responce from them.

      Reliance Fresh — Unauthorised sale of CSD products

      Recently I bought some soaps from the Reliance outlet in Mira Road, Thane and it turned out to be an CSD only product.
      Am planning to send a formal complaint to the Minisrty of Finance and Defence for the misuse of the same

      Reliance Fresh — adjustment of my money

      I HAVE PURCHASED FEW ITEMS ON 05/07/2008 VIDE BILL NO 0163 DATED 05/07/2008, IMMEDIATELY I HAVE RETURMED ONE ITEM SUNDROP OIL WHICH WAS OLD ENOUGH AND I WAS NOT INTERESTED TO BUY. I TOLD HIM TO RETURN THE MONEY BUT HE DODNOT AND GIVEN ME THE VAUCHER OF RS. 209/= AND ADVISED TO ADJUST IN NEXT BILL. TODAY 31/07/20008 I AGAIN WISITED THE STORE AND BOUGHT FEW ITEMS BUT STORE INCHARGE S SINGH AS HE TOLD HIS NAME REFUSED TO REFUND AND SID THAT WE ADJUST ONLY WITH IN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
      I TOLD HIM WHY YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY ON THE SAME DAY BUT HE AGAIN REFUSED AND SAID THAT YOU MAY COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE OR RELIANCE FRESH. THERE WAS HOT DISCUSSTIONS AND HE THRETEN TO THROW ME OUT AND SAID GO AND COMPLAINT.
      YOU MAY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS THERE WAS SHAMEFUL FOR ME IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE, AND IT ALSO STRUCK TO MY SELF RESPECT. I CAN ALSO REPORT TO POLICE BUT LATER I HAVE DECIDED TO SPEAK TO YOU FIRST AND WAIT FOR YOUR REPLY.

      I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh. On 4th Oct i goi=t a msg on my cell- Save Rs443 on purchase of Rs 999 staples basket till 10th Oct @ Reliance fresh...
      I visited Reliance Fresh Limited, plot no 738, 739, Govindaprasad Cuttack road, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. pin-751006, ph no[protected] on 8th Oct. When i visited it i was said that this scheme or offer is not available in that store. So i want to know that if now onwards i get such offer msgs then where should i go??? n which Store shall give me this offer?
      If a customer is invited to the store to take benifit of an offer then why is the offer not valid in all store??

      Dear Sir,

      My self Gyanendra, yesterday (21.10.2008) in evening i went outlet of reliance fresh of Karol bach branch near karolbagh park where i purchase one item i.e. Dove shampoo (100 Ml ) on which is under scheme to provide earring with plated 24 k gold . when i asked for the same Supervisor ( Sujeet & Fahed ) denied to provide the same and saying that scheme not avilable on this product ... and saying that " you are wasting my value time" and buy another one product this will i don't want to sell .. I want to know the following Things ..

      1. Reliance Fresh is a retail shop or whole seller or manufacture so he saying that there is no scheme on this...

      2. If i taken that product then how he say take other this i don't want to sell. If is this right then why they have adopt the modern stlye .

      3.Kindly confirm when i get my gift which is under scheme form Dove Co.

      Dear Sir,

      i was there at the store 1 day morning. there was a slight old lady buying stuff. she forgot her bag outside she just went outside n came in with her bag in which she had kept her money. the staff there insulted her very badly by telling that she had theft the stuffs she was telling she went to collect her money. then the staff asked her to pay 10 times the amount of what she had buyed the stuff. is this fair? in old age if a person tends to forget this is what your staff behaves with them? she was paying for what ever she bought but they insulted her.
      i was an eye witness of this i felt like slapping your staff.

      Reliance Fresh — Misbehaviour of Staff with customer

      Hi,

      I visited Reliance Fresh just an hour back in BTM layout (1/2/2009 - 20:00 100ft Ring Road, 1st phase, 2nd stage, BTM Layout Bangalore). I am a regular customer and today as usual visited the place to buy some vegetables and fruits. While billing one of the staff member came to me and told you have to bill this also.He was pointing to my sweater (Excallibur) which I bought a couple of months ago from the same place. I am shocked and confused at what is happening. Then I realized the cause. I told him I bought it couple of months ago. He was asking for bill. I told I may not be having the bill now but you can verify my card. He ignored at this and told me, if I enter I should inform the security guard about the sweater and make an entry. Also he want to verify with camera. Then he asked me to remove the zip and had a look at the sweater. The way he behaved with me was utter non sense.

      Then I informed this to the billing person, he just had a laugh at the incident. The security guard asked about the cost of the sweater, I told what I have remembered.

      I also asked people to verify through camera.
      Then they left me and told it should be fine and you can carry on. I did not ask the name of the staff member, probably the security guard knows him well.

      But few points I would like to mention here.

      1. It seems he behaves (bossing) like this with other staff members as well as other customers.
      2. Why don't you promote this staff member to do a watchman work. Give him a notebook and a pen.
      3. It seems he has an attitude problem and does not fit for the job what he is doing now anymore. He needs some counselling.
      4. My only question is that if you (as a customer) buy some dress material from a garment shop and if you visit the place again wearing it, is there any need to make an entry about the dress or inform security about the same? Is it the only place you can buy Excallibur Sweater? Shame on you people!!.

      I have purchase some items from your reliance Fresh store at Faridabda, Indraprastha Colony, Sec-33, Faridabad vide bill no. C1004 # 0161 dated 1MAR2009.
      I read your offer in your for purchase of TEAFPOPLARTEA500g free KURKERE . I purchased all items incuding tea and I went to cash counter . Bill preapared by your store manager and I paid all amount but I wait some time for the above offer but not given to me.After that I checkout your shop and again I went to your Executive and I complaint regarding this type of chitting . He says sorry but this is not a way to sorry when consumer demand then you give some offer. I m not bagger .

It was very nice to go to your outlets, but from last 3 months at Mansarovar outlet the situation is worson. From last 2 months I( am trying to know my bonus points and amount I have in my account but always they are having only one answer that they are not having the password. Now you can thik in this way when costumers are having complaints and ther is no response towards those then how long they will continue . Please look into the matter urgently.

      Reliance Fresh — Misbehavior

      Dear Sir,

      I have been regularly visiting your Reliance Fresh Outlet at Kadamtala, Howrah.

      Today when I had made a purchase of Rs 2300 and while billing got to know there is a scheme running where for every Rs 300 of purchase you get a scratch coupon. The Floor assistant suggested the operator to break the bill into Rs 300 each to give coupon with every bill. Now what has happened is :

      1) Total 7 bills where generated in 45 minutes and 7 scratch coupons being given to me in which 5 could only be redeemed and for the balance 2 can be redeemed only if I further make a purchase of Rs 600 .
      2) If I do purchase further Rs 600 my old two coupons can be redeemed but will also make me eligible for 2 more coupons which again can be redeemed only at my next purchase of Rs 600 making it a never ending process ...or till the scheme lasts where finally I will be left with 2 unused coupons.
      3) I approached the floor assistant and told him the issue, First, making so many bills against bigger purchases will not only waste's customers time also the customers waiting behind in queu will get irritated . Secondly, all the coupons are not getting redeemed at one time.
      4) The floor assistant suggested and got me in line over telephone the company person, who clearly gave his comment that company is running the scheme across india, it doesn't matter to the company whether customers really get any benefit of it or not and also to get the benefit you have to wait for as much time it takes if not you are at your liberty to forgo the scheme.
      This type of response of people representing a company like Reliance not only dissapoints the customers but also leaves a bad impression about the company.

      Reliance Fresh — cheating at store

      my mother visited to relience fresh store at fateh nagar, delhi 110064 on dated 11th of may 2009. she purchased some consumer good from there. at the time of payment she given accor food coupons for Rs.1700 in which she has been charged excess amount of Rs. 175/- by the counter staff. i immediate report to the branch incharge Mr. Jai Prakash who asked me that he will check and call back to me . i called again when he not replied then he assure me to call back. next day when i didnt recd any call i wwent to the showroom but he said they didnt charged excess and speak to me very rudely. i think he is not much able to handle the store as incharge and have no manners how to speak with customers. even i face this problem before also when i have been charged excess amount as mentioned in MRP. frist he asked me the bill and when i produced the bill he was arguing me the amount is okie. after checking again he said its not a big amount and u can adjust next time. but why next? also some time the good was in bad condition when i opened at home like cheez and mushroom etc. so, they should stop this type os mistakes and behavier.

      I requested them to refund the money but they did not pay any attention to my request.

      Reliance Fresh Store At Jheel Kuranja — charging of extra amount thru sodexo meal

      On 26.6.09 at 21.45 a bill from counter no.C1014 has been generated at the said store for Rs.735. But inadevertantly I gave him the coupn for Rs.785/- instead of Rs.735/- which he also entered as Rs.775/- as confirmed from the bill. But next day the person who do this deny that he received the excess coupn whereas I have details that I gave him 13 coupn of Rs.50/- each, 5 coupn of Rs.25/- each and one coupn of Rs.10/-. This was also informed to Store incharge Mr.Nitin Punyani and he requested for two days time. But till date nothing has been done. Pls look into and do the needful.

      ROBIN FOODS — OVERCHARGING THAN MRP

      Dear Sir,
      i would like to bring to your notice that the shop ROBIN FOODS near CMC Dental College, CMC Brown Road 141008 opposite post office, is countinuing fraudulent trade practice by charging 2-5 rupees on each product over the MRP. since the papers mentioned that we have to first notify the proprietor and then make such complaints, i and other customers have repeatedly comunicated to the proprietor of this unfair practice which they seem to have no shame or control.

      Relaice Staff is behaving like governer in Ranchi, They are not having time to meet with customer not they have time to expalin the products. Most products in Ranchi is of Local market and all are above Price they same Products are avillable in other store by less than even 20 % of the Price.

      Reliance Fresh — Dupe

      Hi,

      I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh and use to purchase all types of items for my family. I usually do not verify my bill amount as i do trust them. Last time i looked on my bill and found they were duping. Instead of billing exact price they are charging Rs. 1 extra on some item and also they are making round of 20 pasia to Rs. 1. As i shouted they adjusted my bill. But is this way they should treat with there customer. From now onwards i am not going to any of Reliance Fresh.

      Reliance Fresh — Broken of a Chair

      I bought two plastic chairs from Reliance Fresh Store, Maharani Farm, Durgapura, Jaipur on 18th July, 2009. And in only three months one of the chair has broken. When i went to store to complain about this, they behaved so badly and told me that this chair cannot be broken, you broke this willingly. So please help me out in this matter and get my chair replaced.
      This complaint is cent percent genuine. The behavior of the employees of these stores is so bad that can not be tolerated this completely spoils the image of the whole Reliance Company. The owners of these stores as well as the government must look into these matters and take some action against the employees or the store heads. Otherwise they never stop abusing with the customers.

      Reliance Fresh — new bicycle being stolen

      Reliance fresh is the biggest retail chain store of India. But i got very much hurt from the lack of customer services provided by such reputed company and mis behaviour of staff and general manager too.
      I am talking about your paota c-road branch where my 10yr son went to purchase some eating item. He after purchasing got invoice no. C1026 #0194 and came out of store at 19:16:47 and found his new bicycle missing . On seeing that he start crying and got very much in shock. After lot of searching atlast she found him crying in some dark road side. After knowing everything she complains of missing of bicycle to reliance staff and guard on duty there but they ignores saying that it is not their duty to look after everybodys vehicles and on asking for complaint book they forwards her to the general manager but his behaviour was the worst as he spoke very shoutedly harsh that he has not open any Sanskar school keep teaching everybody that its not our duty to protect your vehicles. And who told you to come here for purchasing and get of here i am very busy. And on asking him that there should be a guard who should keep watch on your customers vehicles he tells that we are already running our store in loss so we cant afford that. Sir you please decide yourself that general manager of branch of such a leading store of India should talk like that and in this mannes .. Reliance fresh one of leading stores of India do not provides parking facility in its stores isnt it a very shameful thing regarding customer facilities provided by your stores and behaviour and respect given by your ill mannered staff. Your this branch has no parking facility whereas High court has given strict orders in this regard. I have got all the photographs of your this store from every angle and recorded statements. Sir please guide me why should not i go to consumer court for the lost bicycle of my son and to get compensation of our mental harashment.       Complaint: Debit and Credit cards are not swiped in front of the customer.
      At Reliance Fresh, Vijaynagar, Bangalore the cards we give to settle the bill, is taken and swiped in a room which is out of access to the customer. I think this is not proper. the customer has every right to watch the card being swiped in front of him/her.the staff are not able to give an answer to this.
      there are chances to misuse the card. this should be brought to the immediate notice of the officials and immediate action should be taken to rectify it.
      I hope this will get the attention of the officer incharge and attended.

      I had purchased from rekiance fresh pravoor (kerala ) ,they have given one offer that if my purchase cover Rs. 3000, i will get Rs.800 off. ii made the purchase , and next month i asked for the offer ,they are saying yoou are not eligible for the offer .? . i had two other experience with the same shope .......... there behaviour to customer is very bad . It is very bad to the brand image .
      Lots of vegetables & fruits get perished at reliance fresh outlets daily.Do we afford to waste the food when a large population dont get a square meal a day.Cant we dispose off the perishables for consumption before they are only fit to be garbaged.       I am a regular buyer/visitor to RELIANCE FRESH, I.T.I. Yamuna Nagar. Haryana since the day of its inaguration.
      Last month, September2009, they introduced the scheme but the incentive was to be delivered afterwards from Oct.5,2209 to Oct.12,2009.
      I visted the store, yesterday, on Oct.7,2009 to collect the incentive but to my surprise the staff/Manager asked for my identitification denying my permanent 'reliance card' and personal relations on the pertext of 'orders from bosses'.
      These people are habitual of such kind of frauds.

      I as ked for Bread in Reliance fresh. I was astonished to see two idfferent price tag on two piece of the bread. I asked them what was the difference betwwen the two? They were unable to Explain the same.One of the bread was priced at Rs.15 & other at Rs.17. They didnot explained me the difference rather talked to me rudely. They have charged Rs.17 for the bread.       On 1st of November, we purchased items worth Rs.2799 as there was an promotional offer that i[censored] purchase goods upto worth Rs.1999 you can win the Treno Crockery by paying only Rs.49/-
      After we did the payment and on receiving the bill we asked for the offer that we have won they informed that these offers are only for the Reliance membership card holders..why this was not informed before swiping out the bill ??, We could have issued the new membership card from the same shop....How can Reliance do such cheating.

      I went to purchase some vegetables and other stuffs to Reliance fresh at Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084. My total bill amount was Rs. 25.16 and I found the salesman is asking for Rs.26.00. The explanation was given that the bill amount was 25.16 and it is rounded to 25.50 by adding 34 paise and as they dont have 50 paise change so customer has to pay Rs.6. I asked the salesman why your software is designed in that way and came to know that billl amount is always rounded to next rupees irrespective the paise and this is as per the design of the software. Though I paid the amount and left reliance fresh. though this is not a big amount but still I think this is not the correct way to round the amount.
      It will be of great help if you recheck you policy of rounding the amount.

      There was a banner hanging in the Car parking slot " shop above 1000/- and get the free gifts...three options were shown in the banner.

      3. some other product...

      I shopped for 1277/- worth of goods in that outlet, but they refused to give me the 4 bottles which was shown in the banner. They gave me only one bottle.
      Reliance fresh can't cheat customers like this, not acceptable.

      If i am not getting the remaining bottles from Reliance fresh, I am sure I will send this mail to more than 100 customer/friends and more others, will effect to busniess.

      Last week, I purchased for Rs. 1800 at Marathahalli, Bangalore. I had purchased Garnier Hair colour for Rs. 120/-. After going home, when I opened it, out of two tubes, one is missing. Immediately I called to the contact number given in the bill but no response. As I am working in a Private organisation, sunday was my weekly off and when I went to Reliance fresh next sunday, the executive said that they are helpless. I told that I am not asking for money and I showed him the bill but they refused.. I told him that no response when I called to the number in the bill but all in vain. He asked me to check each thing after stepping out of Reliance and they cant do anything. As they were a big organisation, they think that everyone will fall on their legs. We are purchasing paying money. This is a lesson . I was purchasing in Reliance for more than 2 years and every month I used to purchase for at least two thousand rupees. Hereafter I will never step into Reliance... thanks to reliance for teaching me a lesson
      Today I had an absolutely horrible expeience at Reliance Fresh store (Shop No. 5, Tirupati apartment, Off Mahalaxmi Temple, Bhulabhai Desai Road, Mumbai - 400026). I had bought 21 items out of which certain items kept in a single packet were not handed over to us for reasons unknown. We unaware of the items being left behind left the store and came home. After reaching our home we realized we didnt recieve a packet from the cashier. So we called them and no one picked up the number mentioned in the bill[protected] then we called the home delivery number ([protected]) informed then about the missing items. Their attitude over issue was absolutely casual and they directly refused to send it over to our house. After demanding it again they told me that they will call in a few minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called them again and they didnt pick up the phone. I tried from a different number and they when they took the call they refused to recognize me. I had to narate the entire story to the same person. After which they said they will send the items which included 'pastries and cakes' the next day. This again is not acceptable as these are perishable items and your store is 'reputed' to send the same stale items the next day (this had happened to me earlier too.) NOw they are saying that they will send the items by 9:00PM but i am really sceptical about it. I really dont expect such kind of service from people like you. Even my local grocery stores behave better with us. Kindly look into the matter and do make sure such things are handled in a better manner. We go to your store as we expect it to provide us a better experience.

      Reliance Fresh — Security Guard very rude and arrogant

      The service is very poor not as per Reliance Fresh Standards. The security guard named Lakhan as said by the supervisor as the guard's name.He started counting the number of items. When enquired letting all others passing without counting he told rudely as my wish. And started arguing. And the supervisor was a mute watcher doing nothing. Very poor standards as per Reliance Brand name.

      I fully agree with above coments though relience fresh is spreading countrywide even the poor bhajiwala is afraid that he may loose his earning the attitude of staff of relience staff is most deplorable.
      Relience should teach the staffs to be customer friendly rather than opening more and more such stores.
      I have visited reliance fresh store, at ring road, hyderabad near my house many times. But every visit has been a very bad experience. The systems are too slow, taking hours even for a very small number of customers, display is very poor, the staff is untrained always giving wrong information and displayed schemes are never offered, citing the reasons that the system is not supporting the scheme and customer unfriendly. The displays are always ellusive. and they are selling spurious foods and juices. Last month I bought a natural juice named B natural which was of worst quality and foul smelling. Even after written complaint they are rampantly selling such types of spurious materials.

      Reliance Fresh — Incorrect Weight of Vegetables & fruits

      I bought 1.1KG of Washington Apples from Kagadaspura Reliance Fresh, and paid 165 Rs agains it as it was 149.90 paise per KG. When I checked the same in a local store it weight only 1KG so I lost approximately 15Rs on the price mentioned over there. I would suggest Anil and Mukesh Ambani to please do not cheat local people.

      i went to shopping reliance fresh calicut, near tagore hall. Their attitude towards the customer is arrogant, they are shouting to the customers, calling them like a dog (whistling). There is no manager even there is someone to manage that store he must be from the streets. so they don't have to pay good salary. Full of filthy people. I have been to another store in calicut they are same as well just like government office no one take responsibilities or just blame one.       Reliance Fresh / The Hindu — Misleading Advertisements to woo customers

      I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. Today I saw a promotional AD in "THE HINDU" wherein Annapura Atta (5kgs) was being offered at a discount of Rs 55/- on purchase of any Edible Oil. But the store charged me Rs 145/- for the edible oil while the sale price of the same was only Rs 134/-. Similarly it was advertised that any purchase above Rs 250/- by Master Card entitles to free products but the store manager explains that no such product available and the advertisement was wrong.

      So consumers, my point was "nothing in this world comes for free" and henceforth don't get carried away by such misleading advertisements from Reliance Fresh.

      I had caught Reliance Fresh red handed for cheating. I had purchased 20+ items and they tactfully add a new Item without my knowledge worth Rs. 87. I spoke to their Manager at the Paud Road outlet and found that the Gentleman did not have the manner to address customer's queries. Looks like they had recruited someone directly from street. This is really hard to believe that Reliance is involved in such cheap practice.
      Your Reliance Fresh outlet in Mysore Kalidasa Road is not having any fresh items. I would prefer to call it as Reliance Stale . I purchased 2 dozens of eggs, out of which 10 eggs were rotten. This is not the first time, in my earlier purchases i have had few rotten or outdated stuffs ( Kellogs cornflakes ).

      I am sorry to say your outlets are poorly managed and the staff is totally indifferent. Even covers are not available. Please rectify and visit your outlets for inspection. Mysore is a small town and already the news has spread that your outlet sells all stale items.

      It's about my experience @ RELIANCE FRESH, near Mahajan nagar, NASIK... on feb'10 I walaked into stores to buy some hair color & shampoos... To my surprise all 2-3 year old stock with new price list...Garnier hair color made (05/07) and abt to expire in (05/10) with printed price Rs.110 ... was priced at Rs.120 fresh price...Its not on one particular product most of the branded products in RELIANCE FRESH are like this...Pissed off by the product quality i walked out of store empty handed.. ANother excellent surprise at door ...the person asked me what do you want? I replied nothing !!!.. In response he said i need to check you... Awesome reward for walking empty handed out of the store...Really the system of checking out SUX !!!... I decide i will never dare to walk into any of the reliance retail outlet in the future...

      Today morning I had very bad expeerience with reliance fresh at ph-V Mohali Punjab. When the guard asked for bill to security check. And tear the bill, when I asked why you tear this he was acting like gunda.
      He said I could do any thing. Is releance fresh don't have 2 rs stemp to mark on bill?

      We are the regular custmer of reliance fresh. Therefore, I am manager in a construction company having 3 nos. of mess with 60-70 people. Every month we used to have the shopping of around of 80,000.00 Rs only. Now I have to think again for another departmental store.

      Ambanis franchise and allow to operate their stores like typical Baniya or a kiranawala. It is a shame that their coporate office stays mum on complaints. Our visit to their store in "Genesis Building, Dhoile-Patil Road, Pune 411 001" was a horrifying. The store was so filthy that the outside vendor had beiier layout than the Ambani's Baiyas. There was no manager and the only guy who was at the checkout, kept sniggering when we complaint about the following"

      - Filthy store odor
      - Icecream packets in the cold storage were open and there wasa horrible stink when we opend. Dead and expired stock - only fit for the Ambani family to eat that Ice cream
      - No one at Custometr care counter - all we saw was a tall claim about custpomer service
      - Fruit bskets look pathetic with rotton or unripe fruits

      Bottom line, Reliance is worst than a street vendor. At least that street bhaiyaji, talks with politeness and has common courtesey. No I will never visit "Reliance Filthy Store" ever.

      At reliance fresh kandivali lokhandawala complex almond is apx 1800 rs kg where as on commodity market today's rate is apx 375 rs per kg.what is it?Wants to earn entire profit from almonds only?very bad!!

      I am working as Project Officer for an NGO Named ARDSI whih gives care support and research for Alzheimers patients. We are running a rspite care center for patients. I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh. My reliance one card no: is [protected].I purchase all the goods for our center from Reliance store RC Road Calicut. I do not have any complaints against the products or staff. All staff are very co operative. but I have a grievence. I buy 6 big loafs of mordern bread every week. I would like to bring to your notice that bread is not available in your store since last friday ie;19th Mar. After purchasing all items from your store only for buying bread I have to depend on any other store. This causes a lot of inconvience for me. when enquired I got the reply from one of your staff it is because payment is not made to the agency supplying bread. For such a prestigious store like yours such a thing is not appreciated. This is happening almost every month. So please go through the matter.

      dear Segal, I absolutely agree with the behaviour, actually they are not suppose to be blamed bcoz they're not even 10th pass ecademically, i had this experience too with Staff @ Thane Mira road RF store, there, in such a big store A/C was not working everybody was feeling hot & was avoiding this area where soaps & detergents were kept, when asked the staff @ counter he even didn't bother to look at us & listen to our request...we (5/6 customers) just went out with out further shopping ...dont know what will happen to this company if this kind of staff rus it more...       We have same experience from Reliance fresh, Near Suraj Water park, Thane west. Employees have very cheep even they are badly behaving with ladies and small childs.

      Reliance Fresh — Check the expiry date before you buy

      Reliance fresh dont have the practise of clearing old stocks. Be aware of the expiry date before you pick any food items there. I have experienced this repeatedly 4 times. When i complaint about this to the store manager he is least bothered.

      I am a daily customer of relliance fresh. I bought daily need thing like milk,vegs, fruits etc from relliance fresh. Today I went to relliance fresh store located here in Panchkula Sector-14 and I bought 1 ice cream cone and of cost Rs 20 and kurkura packet of cost Rs 10 and when I went to the counter for the payment the guy refused me to give them because I had 500 Rs note he said I dont have change then I went to another counter he also said the same then I went to the thirs counter and he also refused me to give even he had the change. So, I returned with empty hands from the reliance fresh store. Now I decided I will never purchase any thing from any reliance fresh store in the future.

      Relience is the most horrible company i have ever seen in my life, i wish to share my experience as consumer with Relience fresh store situated at Rani bagh main market, Rishi nagar

      This is a store where the store manager is always missing,
      Secondly the Floor supervisor is least bothered about providing the services and helping consumers
      Gurad functions as store manager

      My experience which i believe every consumer must know ...

      I visited relience fresh store today and to my surprise the store was closed much early, as per the timing of the company, when enquired with the guard why the store is closed early there is still 20 minutes left the guard abused and asked me to get lost, when requested to call the manager came to know manager has left for the day around 7:30 PM and floor supervisor was available when posted him on the behaviour of guard he told me nothing can be done u can go and complaint to any one in relience and non can do any thing, To my surprise how can the standard of Relience fresh be so cheap, where the guard is abusive, floor manager is sitting and talking in abusive language and pasisng comments on the womens who are shopping consumers, it is rally disappointing to see the leadership of relience top bosses, and the quality of work force being recurited in the company, The CEO boasts about the growth of the comany in terms of numbers and new stores but i QUOTE that leadership qualities of the top bosses is shameful as this is the kind of practice it is implementing in its stores and focusing on consumer services, i believe relience must learn and educate its people by sending them to learn and acknowledge the culture that UNI LEVER is following,

      Hats OFF to UNILEVER for the service they provide and the syatem they follow .

      I would suggest all People and consumers going to relince store do not go or buy ! as they may also be treated the way i was as it is shameful act by the representative of the organization which boast of being an ICON in the country, which is disappointing .i am sorry to say i DOUBT the LEADERSHIP of the CEO who is DRIVING RELIENCE FRESH stores in india

      the bike parked at Big Bazar Tarakana Branch hyderabad, Activa black in clor was parked in the parking lot at big bazar and was stolan, the gaurd incharge was helpless and was not replying properly, and when complaint to the big bazar too they didn't bother to reply or even consider to complaint fouther tothe police.

      how can i get back my bike.when complaint at Taranaka police station, he very cooly said please visit all police station in hyderabad and if found we will hand over. .

      Today, I also had a harrowing experience with the guard at this very Janak Puri, New Delhi store. It seems that the guard here are goondas and does not have the courtesy of how to speak to a customers. There is no one to listen to you. Either remove this guard or close the store.

        Sir,

        I am regular customer of Reliance Fresh MKB Nagar,Chennai. Weighing machine fixed in veg.section is not properly showing correct weight. I noticed this error to the sales girl in several times. But no response till date[protected]. I suggested to them to rectify the weigh machine or remove the same.
        To-day I went this evening, again remind this error at cash counter suddently she replied me if you want send as complaint to main office. I shocked about this answer. So, I am sending this email.
        Kindly intervene the matter and do the matter.

          On a recent visit to the Reliance Fresh Outlet on Paud Road, Near Kothrud PMT Depot, Pune, the attitude of the employee sitting at the entrance was found to be surprisingly rude. Even before a customer enters a store, if he is rudely 'warned' about the store's billing restrictions on purchase of items other than vegetables, it is surprising that such a person deserves to be employed in the hospitality industry. If the customer needs to be informed (and not 'warned') about the restrictions of the store, it needs to be put forward in atleast a decent way and using the appropriate selection of polite words.
          After experiencing such arrogance, it has been decided to cancel all the monthly purchases from Reliance Fresh and shift to a store where there is some sort of respect for customers.

          I am Dr. dilip kori and presently live in jabalpur. sir i m regular costomer of jabalpur civil line branch relince fresh, sir i was purchese some cosmetic items and some other product, after a day when i was came to u r relince fresh for replacement of lifebuy soap with big soap of lifebuy, store manager shilpi misbehave with me she told me, ones you perchase things from relince fresh they are not replaced and in our roules this facility not available..
          becouse i m regular costomer of your relince fresh and i was also visited your other branch in diferent cities so was told to your store manager, mem i know very well roules of relience fresh but shilpi act proudly and say no i am not replaced this things and she misbehave me, after that i m not return back to your relince fresh bcs she dont know wht the manner to used in world class shoping store...

              Reliance Fresh Ltd. — Poor service and logistic support to customer

              I am member of Rel fresh Nashik (swastik Trade center) branch . Most of the time while billing, all of computers are under brakedown and take more than 30 min, for billing.
              No body is bother to attend customers complaint at shop
              complaint register was not traceable ? after demand.
              Manager or incharge of shop was not available to file complaint evern twice at different time visit to shop.
              Shop is running on the mercy of poor chaps working and needy persons like me unfortunately.

                I purchased some soaps from the reliance fresh, opp.raffel tower, anand bazaar, indore on 11 august 2009details are:c1004 #0189 21:12:56 11aug2009, s02229 r001
                and bill was generated for Rs 46.10 and Mr prakash generated the bill and he generated for Rs47, on asking the full return, he misbehaved and said do what u can i won`t return your money .on asking about regional manager he said that he is not there and do whatever but i wont give you his contact details, .i really felt like slapping on his way of talking and for his personal abusive comments, I dont understand why you keep such illitrates in your store.NOW TELL ME IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR SALESMAN FOR A SINGLE RUPEE WHY WOULD SOMEONE GO INTO YOUR STORE .and u promise to provide cheapest rate.JUST KICK THAT GUY OUT OF YOUR STORE such kind of people are simply a drawback to your store.

                today 31may09 at 0930 am i visited reliance fresh store urban estate phase II jalandhar city punjab
                i bought some vegetables and milk for that i came to billing counter the girl who raised the bill asked me to pay Rs 104 the bill amount was 103.50 ok that was not a problem coz Rupee one or fifty paise they they never return you i gave her a note of of Rs 100 and other one of Rs 10 stp Rs 100 note was slightly torn she refused to take it i asked her what is wrong with this note she said i won't accept it ok i gave her another note she returned me a Rs five note and rupee one coin Rs five note was in very bad condition not a problem i was accepting that one but just to realiase her i told her now what about your note she spoke very rudly which pinched me i asked her what is your name she replied i have no name again she said be-naam i was so surprised that why they are not wearing name tags accordingly i complained one of the senior staff and asked her name he told me that her name is deepti
                most of the persons employed by the reliance fresh are behaving rudely and they are not taken any care of the custmors and more particularly the employees in the alagappa road (reliance fresh), Purasaiwalkam are not at all given any respect to the customors. They are acting as a owner of the establishment. I am very much wounded by the behaviour of the employees of the said reliance fresh on 2.7.09 . Hence i hereby suggest all the customors not to purchase in Reliance Fresh. The employees are temporary persons and therefore they are not at all taken care of the customors . i think if such a situtation is continue definetly one day or other all the reliance shops will be closed.
                This is to inform u that today I visited Reliance Fresh Store in Chandralok Pitampura & was treated in a very unprofessional & unethical way by one person named PhoolChand who is an employee of Reliance Fresh.

                He used the abusive language along with the unmannerful Language like 'Tu Bakwas Mat Kar' etc.

                It's really a shame for a company like Reliance who appoint such persons or rather i should say GOONDAS in their companies. Although I have registered my complain online with Reliance in the noon but I m not ableto locate it now & i have fuul doubt whether any action will be taken pertaining to my complaint or not.

                I have heard that Mr. Mukesh Ambani is going to be the richest man in the world by 2012. I think he sure will be with the help of his GOONDAS & HOOLIGANS who threatens the customers in abusive language.

                In fact I would like to advise Mr. Mukesh Ambani to kindly learn about professionalism & providing better services from his younger brother Mr. Anil Ambani whose products i use since a long time now like Mobile connection, Internet connection & Financial Investments. Believe me, we have been taken care of every aspect of services which are rendered by them unlike Reliance Fresh.

                So, shame on the Captain of the ship & all the seniors working with the Reliance Fresh.

                I agree about the misbehaviour of the staff & it is for the Reliance management to make the Complaint in every area & mention the no. of some Senior staff person where the complaint could be lodged. it can help to reduce the problems encountered.

                I am also regular buyer at Reliance Fresh store but the arrogant staff behaviour sometimes holds us back to buy things from store. Today mornings I purchased Reddish from Reliance Store Set 16 Panchkula. The Person at the counter enter the Bill of Reddish twice giving the reasons that leaves hv been plucked whereas it is not right. Even if he felt so after verifying he could hv added the leaves but could not raise the bill twice.

                Further he held me for some time & used rough language.
                I want to brint it to the notice of Senoir mngt to take care of the arrogant staff immediately
                i have purxhase cfl from reliance fresh yamunanagar...it has 6 months warrenty after few days the cfl did not work properly n when i go to replace that cfl the staff manager start misbehaving...when i asked him about complaint box he didn't tell me about that...such a bad behaviour of staff...

                  I went to the Reliance Fresh - Pashan, Pune outlet on 06th August 2009 to buy a 5 ltr pack of Saffola Gold oil with which I could get a 1 ltr pack of Saffola Gold free. At the above mentioned store, the 5 ltr pack was not available. To my surprise, I found 3 nos. 1 ltr packs marked 'Not for Sale' and 'Free with Saffola Gold 5 ltr pack' on the rack. I picked up one of them and went for billing, thinking that the 5 ltr pack would be brought from inside.
                  It was a real surprise for me when I saw the billling clerk billing that 1 ltr pack. When I asked him he told that the 5 ltr packs were finished and so I could not get it. When I asked him how he could sell me something which was supposed to be coming free with a 5 ltr pack, he very harshly replied that the 5 ltr packs were finished, the 1 ltr free packs were supplied extra by the manufacturer and if I wanted to buy it, I should take it, otherwise leave it there. I insisted as to how he could bill that item, he said that the system was billing it and so it was allowed !!!
                  I left the store without buying it but filled in the Complaints form and put it in the complaints box for the manager to see it the next day. Today is 10th August 2009 and I have not yet heard from anyone from the store.
                  As far as I know, selling of items which are supposed to be given free with something not allowed. This is what is printed on the pack of such an item. Inspite of this, a Reliance Fresh store tried to sell me such an item.
                  I want the store to stop doing such a thing and want to bring this to the notice of the higher authorities concerned. Strict action should be taken as per the rules and laws.

                    This is to bring into your notice that I had worked in Reliance Fresh for One your Period (30-April-07 to 20-May-08) After that I left the Orgnaization. Since then I am trying to take my PF amount.But the HR people of Reliance who sits in Mohan Bagan Building earlier in Canought place are try to convinced me that they have not got any PF Code.According to salary slip a part of my salary was deduting towards the PF & ESI.When I joined I was on the Franchisee payroll after in the month of Feb.08 they have shifted me to centerlised Payroll called SMSL.
                    I have not got any PF / ESI Facility.
                    Since July 08 I am following up with HR & other Operation Employees of Reliance but not any positive response
                    Below is the chain of mail for your reference.

                    It is correct that franchisee has already completed its documentation to obtain PF code but unfortunately It is still pending with PF authorities, Concerns are strongly perusing this mattes and confident to obtain PF code shortly.

                    As for as SMSL PF amount is concerned we are having central PF code and there is no complicacy.

                      I want like to bring to your notice that Reliance Fresh ( Kalyani Nagar, Pune) has been selling many food products which are near to expiry.

                      Recently I purchased Amul Dahi. There was a Reliance fresh sticker on the covered pack which mentioned the date as[protected]. The sticker was pasted on the top of the packed curd product.

                      After coming home I realised that the sticker of Reliance fresh was hiding the actual manufacturing date which was[protected]. The best before days mentioned on the pack was 15 days.

                      Unknowingly I had consumed the curd and had bad throat due to the same as the expiry date of 15 days had aleadt passed.

                      Selling food products by forging the date is a big crime. Kindly raise this important concern so that retail stores like Reliance Fresh dont sell the expired/ near to expiry products.

                      Hope this complain will lead to some action against the retail store.

                      i want to brig your notice to reliance fresh store Sheetal shopping centre, old elbee theatre, l.b. bhattar road surat. i had purchased goods at there store and i paid the bill and given home delvery order .they keep paid bill to self and said next day purchased good will be deliverd .they did not give any proof of purchased good two me, next day i did not got my delevery when i ask them they only say that u get delevery in few hours . after three days also i did not got delveryy and they were not respondig properly. i dont hve any proof also . sir pls do need ful and take a serios action to store.

                        I am a custemar of Reliance Fresh at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.This is to inform you that I purchased milk bag of Amul shakti yesteday and the Manufactaring date of 1 day prior which is of 01Aug09.This is not possible at all and this type of milk bags are availabe only at Reliance Fresh and not any where else.

                        Also, I wanted to know what measures RELIANCE fresh is taking to make sure the milk is pure milk not the chemical milk. You all know this is poisonus milk spread by our politicians, IAS & IPS officers relatives ( which is calimed by PUDHARI news paper) ...                           Respected Sir,
                          I want to draw your kind attention towards cheating done with me at your Reliance fresh Store located at Gali No.16, Guru Nanak Nagar, Tafazalpura, Gurbax colony, Patiala. The modu-operandi of cheating is as under:
                          I went to the store and purchased goods worth Rs.552.95 on31-July-2009 to pay this amount of the bill, I given Rs.600 and my Reliance Fresh Card for adding the points of this purchase but the person at counter refused to accept the card and instead of showing receipt of cash against the bill, he received the credit card/debit card from the security guard of the store and shown the payment made by credit card. Thus, the person at the counter paid the cash received from me to the security guard and the bonus points of my purchase were not entered into my account. Further, the counter in charge only returned Rs.47/- and refused to give me the bill slip but when I repeatedly insisted for the bill then he handed over the bill to me. As per bill, the detail is as under:

                              we are the regular customer of reliance fresh at panchkula (haryana) sector 14.At starting we are satisfied with reliance fresh but for fast few months we are not satisfied because of rotten vegetabels .there is no fresh vegetables.only few vegetables are available that to rotten only .only for name sake it is reliance fresh but it is not true in my opinion.so please try to have fresh vegetables otherwise pls change the instead of reliance fresh just change reliance rotten as soon as possible.

                              I am regular customer of reliance Fresh/one .I am also having the memebership card of reliance:[protected]. On friday 24th I purchased some clothes and some biscuits from the reliance one (Mall) on palam vihar road. First scheme was that if you purchase three pears soap and one will be given free. Secondly I purchased cream biscuit where it was mentioned free gift inside.when I paid the payment I found that inspite of giving one soap free I was told that to pay for all the four soaps as the billing clerk was not aware of the scheme, and latter on there was little bit of conversation and finally I was told to take four soaps and one soap was provided free i.e I had to pay for four soaps and then fifth was provided free. Secondly when I returned home and opened the biscuit there was no gift inside. Further some time back On railway road I purchased kissan squash and sipper was supposed to be free, when I enquired of the same I was told that sipper is out of stock.Hope some action will be taken.

                              THIS IS TOTALLY BLACKMAILING.
                              PL DO NOT FORGET THE EXAMPLE OF SUBHIKSHA. THIS TYPE OF STATEMENTS WERE OFTENLY GIVEN BY SUBHIKSHA STAFF.

                              I HAVE DEMANDED PHONE NO OF THE H O TO TALK DIRECLY, BUT THEY REFUSED.

                              PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER IN DEPTH AS RETAIL STORES ARE MEANT BASICALLY FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS AND NOT FOR HAWKERS WHO ARE JUST PICKING THE MATERIAL IN SINGLE LOT AT CHEAP RATES AND SELLING THEM ON HIGHER RATES.

                              FURTHER, ONE SUGGESTION I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE TO 6 TEN AND THAT IS THAT YOUR STORE SHOULD DISPLAY THE QTY. OF EACH VEGETABLE IT HAS RECD. ON DAILY BASIS. THERE SHOULD BE A PROPER NOTICE BOARD.

                              FURTHER, QTY OF BASIC VEGETABLES ( POTATOES AND ONIONS ) SHOULD BE FIXED. LIKE
                              IF I NEED POTATOES THEN I SHOULD NOT GET MORE THAN 2-3 KG AT A TIME. IF THIS IS DONE THIS WILL HELP A LOT IN MINIMISING MALPRACTICE .

                              I buy many articles from relaince fresh but the worst and nauseous product is the vegetables .....
                              The name is relaince fresh but the vegetables are never fresh ,the vegetable are filthy and unhygienic, the service is degrading day by day and staff like security guard steal many things while checking out when we have many bags we leave 2,3 bag and when we return to relaince fresh from our car the guard steals many articles.........disgusting .

                              i beware people to keep away from buying vegetables/fruits from reliance store at sec 14 panchkula because these are kept in open in a room where hundreds people visit daily and vegetables look vry unhygenic,
                              buy only packaged food from reliance.
                              Yesterday I bought 5kg onion pack which had almost 750gm of rotten onion . It was a big mess when I emptied the pack, smelly, sticky . Even the cucumber was rotten, more than the loss of money the mess it created was horrible.

                                We bought apples from Shahibaug- Reliance fresh - Ahmedabad yesterday for Rs. 99 per kg and the apples were wax coated.

                                Many Retail Outlets are Selling Wax Coated Red Delicious Apples in Bangalore, These are very Harmful as they are Coated with Wax. This has very Harmful effects on Human body. Why is the Karnataka Government not looking into this? We pay more than Rs 130 per Kg and End up Consuming Wax Coated Apples. Kindly request the Concerned Health Authority or BBMP to Conduct Checks on the Quality of these Apples.

                                  The personnel in your store are rude and could not care less if their item is sold or not. Today at 4.00 PM i wanted to buy a waste paper basket when at the counter the sales clerk in a rather rude manner informed me that i could not have it due to a technical reason which he failed to specify. The question is not of the basket but the manner in which your staff acts which is rude. The same gentleman sales clerk was requested to call the manager who himself was curt. I am a little hurt with way you treat customers and doubt very much if i will patronize your store again.

                                    Reliance Fresh launched their Mango Festival with a "Naturally Ripened Mangoes" pitch, claiming that 80% of mangoes in the market are carbide-ripened and potentially carcinogenic. However the mangoes on sale in the Indiranagar 13th Cross Reliance-Fresh outlet last week all had suspicious blotchy yellow/green colour variation and powdery coating. There is a huge difference compared to naturally ripened mangoes from trsutworthy outlets like "Fresh Earth" (also in the same locality). Interestingly, last week the prominent notices relating to the claims were not visible at the Reliance-Fresh outlet's mango section. So, are they knowingly selling chemically-ripened mangoes? Only consumer complaints and check by authorities can restore confidence to the consumer.

                                      The 'RED DELICIOUS SM.4015 PRODUCE O[censored]SA WASHINGTON APPLE ' which I bought from Hyper city inorbit mall vashi on 15th july 09 were coated with wax when I scrapped it with my nails.
                                      Its a misconception that the apples from Washington are waxed purpously for indian users.

                                      On complaining, the shift incharge told me that it was a eatable wax & not harmful at all & that RIL had certificate for the same. He asked me to check on some value.ril site...which i do not see anywhere.

                                        .i visited to your reliance fresh near Medisurg hospital navrangpura.i want to buy pears germshield with scheme, buy three get one free.i saw a shopkeeper from shahpur who was purchasing most of the items which were in the scheme. He purchased almost the entire, keeping one or two pieces available. and when i questioned the staff memebers there, the only they have is that to us all people are customer. i really wnated to know if all people are customer to them, then why should we choose reliance over other local shops of ahmedbad? as when there are offer the shopkeepers take all the lot, and we have to go to them to fulfil our need, and we dont get any kind of offer at those local shops?

                                        the reason as to why i can say that the person was not a customer it that, the murchandises he was buying was more then what a regualr custormer or a normal person needs. it is really unfair to those people who specially visit reliance for their needs. Your company wants people to relay it. but how can we relay if we get the same items of the price in a normal shop near our houses? what is the point of going to reliance?

                                        it is our customer right to question you and hope to recieve your answer as soon as possible. i just hope its not that every person is a customer to us. and you help the general public of india.

                                        I am a regular customer of R'fresh (card no.[protected]). There was an offer during Sep'09 to get a frying pan with lid on payment of Rs.149/- if our monthly purchase exceeded Rs.2500/- during that month. Accordingly I bought the goods worth required amount and by month end received a SMS to collect the gift on 15th October. When went to the R'fresh store I was told to wait for some more days. I kept enquiring till yesterday (18th Nov) and now being told that my choice i.e. frying pan with lid will never come, citing some funny reasons. Hope my complaint is clear. I do not want to use any harsh words, but shall not hesitate to knock all possible doors until the complaint is redressed.
